Entry Restrictions If under 18 years of age, entrants must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the prize.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or
legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information
about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18
years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to
conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the
required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be
deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any

capital city of the Relevant State in which the entrant ordinarily resides
(either Sydney, NSW or Melbourne, VIC) on the following dates:
Sydney: Saturday 19th December 2015 at 10.45am (AEDT) at
Hoyts Cinema Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, Sydney,
NSW.
Melbourne: Sunday 20th December 2015 at 9.30am (AEDT) at
Village Cinema Jam Factory, South Yarra, VIC.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period The promotion begins at 6am (AEDT) on Monday 30th November 2015.

Entry Method Simple Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air
commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online
entry form in the manner required, including by:
(a) providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and
valid email address; and
(b) answering in 25 words or less the question: “Tell us your
favourite family road trip moment” (Answer).
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with
the Judging details below.
The Judges will select the one hundred and thirty five (135) entries (up to
sixty (60) from NSW and up to seventy five (75) from VIC) they deem to
be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion) from all valid entries received within the Promotion
Period and award those entrants a prize.

must be submitted via a separate online entry form, must contain a
different Answer, and must independently comply with these Terms of

Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the
Promoter by 10am (AEDT) on Monday 14th December 2015 at the
Promoter’s premises to determine the one hundred and thirty five (135)
winners (up to sixty (60) from NSW and up to seventy five (75) from
VIC). All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The
winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners
information set out below.
Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on creativity and uniqueness.
Prize Details Prize:
There are up to one hundred and thirty five (135) prizes to be won, each
comprising of:
(a) One (1) x family pass (up to 4 tickets) to the private screening of
“Alvin and The Chipmunks The Road Chip” in the Australian
capital city of the Relevant State in which the entrant ordinarily
resides (either Sydney, NSW or Melbourne VIC) on the following
dates:
i. Sydney: Saturday 19th December 2015 at 10.45am (AEDT)

Each prize is valued at up to $75.
Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets
are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
The Promoter will not be liable and takes no responsibility for any refusal
of entry by the venue of any person for any reason.

Notification of Winners Winners will be notified:

- via telephone,
by 12pm (AEDT) on Monday 14th December 2015.

Prize Delivery The prizes will be emailed to the winner’s nominated email address by
the Promoter/prize provider in the form of a e-ticket which the winner and
