1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. This is a game of luck with entrants’ details provided into the draw once they have completed a service from Wembley Plumbing & Gas.
3. Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age and Western Australian residents only. Employees of Wembley Plumbing & Gas, the promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.
4. Promotion commences on 1st October, 2015 and closes at 5.00pm AWST, 31st December, 2015.
5. There is 1 prize given away for the duration of the competition. The draw will take place at 11am, 11th January 2016 at Wembley Plumbing & Gas, 70 McCourt Street, West Leederville WA 6007. The winner will be notified by telephone. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. All entrants must be a current registed recipient of the Wembely Plumbing & Gas Newsletter.
7. To enter: Entrants need to book, complete and fully pay for a service within our trading terms by 31st December, 2015. Once their service is completed and paid in full their name and contact details will be entered into a prize draw.
8. Prize details are as follows: 1 winner will receive a $200 plumbing voucher to be used at the property that previous work has been attended to within the dates as specified under item 5.
9. All above prizes include GST. The total maximum prize pool is valued at $200. This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
10. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on, in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed by that date.
11. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
12. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into our records. The promoter may use the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
