1. Informa&on on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the compe&&on is deemed acceptance of these terms and condi&ons. 2. By entering this compe&&on, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Condi&ons (and by any other requirements set out in the promo&onal material), which may be amended or varied at any &me by the Promoter. 3. Tourism Authority of Thailand is the Promoter of this compe&&on. 4. One entry per person only is permiOed. 5. Entrants must only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of iden&ty and age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (if required) in order to claim a prize. Proof of iden&fica&on, residency and entry considered suitable for verifica&on is at the discre&on of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no subs&tute will be offered. 6. The compe&&on commences on 6 December 2015 at 4:00pm AEST and concludes on 31 December 2015 at midnight AEST. 7. Entries must be received by 11.59pm AEST 31 December 2015. The &me of entry will in each case be the &me the entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disrup&ons, network conges&on or for any other reason. 8. Entry is only open to permanent residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over. However, employees of Tourism Authority of Thailand, Guru Produc&ons, Thai Airways Interna&onal and Elephant Hills Thailand Co. Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 9. The prize consists of: a) Thai Airways Interna&onal economy, round-trip flights for two individuals from Australia (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Perth departures only) to Phuket, Thailand; and b) 2 nights and 3 days Jungle Safari package stay for two individuals at Elephant Hills Ltd in Khao Sok, Thailand. The total es&mated value of the prize is AU$6,000.00. 10. The Thai Airways Interna&onal flight component of the prize does not include taxes and fuel surcharges. The &ckets must be issued before 20 February 2016 and are valid for three months from date of issue. The &ckets are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. All applicable taxes and fuel surcharge are to be paid by the winners. There are limited seats on the flights and booking is subject to availability. Travel is not valid during high season or school holiday periods, from 18 December 2015 to 15 January 2016 or 8 April to 26 April 2016. 11. The Elephant Hills Co. Ltd.’s Jungle Safari Package Stay does not include transfer to Khao Sok, Thailand. Transfers are available only from limited loca&ons in the vicinity of the camps as per their website. Booking is subject to availability and the prize booking must be made by 20 February 2016, for travel in 2016. The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
12. Entry is online via
www.thailand.net.au/explore. Entrants must complete the entry form, answering the ques&on, “What is your favourite des&na&on in Thailand and why.” 13. To submit a complete and valid online entry, entrants will be required to provide various personal details including full name, gender, email address, residen&al address, contact phone number/s, for the purpose of verifying eligibility. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. Online entry is free however Internet connec&on rates apply. 14. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. 15. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in the determina&on of the winner. Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on the basis of skill determined by the Promoter in their sole discre&on. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objec&onable content, profanity, poten&ally insul&ng, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Condi&ons or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promo&on which is fraudulent, misleading, decep&ve or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputa&on of the Promo&on and/ or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using mul&ple email addresses, postal addresses or PO Box addresses. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry are of a type described in this clause. 17. The cost of accessing the promo&onal website will be dependant on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider. 18. The winner will be judged on 8 January 2016 at Suite 20.02, Level 20, 56 PiO Street, Sydney NSW 2000, and contacted within 3 days by telephone or email. 19. The Promoter will make all reasonable effort to contact the winner. 20. The winner’s name will be announced publicly through our Facebook networks, and on our website

www.GurusExplore.tv and also may be announced on the partners websites (Elephant Hills Co. Ltd. and Thai Airways Interna&onal) and in any publicity rela&ng to the compe&&on. 21. All entries and any copyright subsis&ng in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish any of the entries received. 22. All the prizes are as stated and are non-transferable or exchangeable. No cash alterna&ves will be offered. 23.
