1.Information on how to enter forms a part of the following Terms and Conditions.

3.Employees (Current and Past) and immediate family of the Promoter, promotional partners, their affiliated companies and their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act), and persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter.
4.An Entrant may enter more than once, but the Promoters, at their absolute discretion, reserve the right to exclude multiple entry forms.
5.Entry is only available to Australian Residents.
6.The competition will commence on the 17/11/2015 and will close at midnight on the 16/11/2016.
7.An entry is only eligible where all required information is completed, and submitted via the webpage/Facebook App by ticking the boxes that acknowledges the terms and conditions have been read. The payment to the winner will be made within 30 days of verification of information.
8.No purchase is necessary to enter this competition or to redeem prizes.
9.Prize is not transferable.
10.Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
11.All eligible entries received during the period of the competition will go into the draw with the chance of winning: $15,000 Cash.
12.The entries will close on 16/11/2016 at midnight and the draw will take place at 1 PM on the 23/11/2016 at the office of the Promoters. The winner will also be notified by telephone and in writing within 72 business hours of the draw and details will also be published in The Age newspaper under public notices on 30/11/2016.
13.An unclaimed prize will be re-drawn at 1 PM on 01/02/2017 at the address of the Promoter. The winner will also be notified by telephone and in writing within 72 business hours of the draw.
14.In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of the Promoters. Neither the sponsor nor any of their agents are responsible for lost, late, damaged, mistreated, incomplete or ineligible entries.
15.The information in this entry form is being collected by the Promoters for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoters for marketing and promotion of goods and services.
16.The promoters may also disclose information collected from entry forms to their related entities, affiliated suppliers or contracted third parties for their marketing purposes.
17.By submitting this entry you consent to the promotional partners contacting you by telephone, email, social media or mail for an indefinite period. Unsubscribing to this promotion; if an individual does not want to receive any further calls from our organisation they must advise us in writing.
18.It is a condition of entry that if you win the prize you agree to be photographed accepting the prize and you further agree that the promoter or its affiliated companies may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without payment or compensation to you.
