1. By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Coleman Brands Pty Ltd ABN 74 091 681 195 of Suite W2C1, 75 - 85 O'Riordan Street, Sydney Corporate Park, Alexandria, NSW 2015, Telephone: 02 8762 5000.
2. The Promotion commences at 11.00am AEDT on 19 January 2016 and closes at 17.00pm AEDT on 22 January 2016 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 16 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must visit the Coleman Australia Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/ColemanAustralia and be either the first or last person to comment “Quickpump” before we comment STOP on the competition post during the Promotion Period (Entry).
5. A new competition post will be posted to the Coleman Australia Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/ColemanAustralia on the following dates – 19 January 2016 (Day 1), 20 January 2016 (Day 2), 21 January 2016 (Day 3) and 22 January 2016 (Day 4).
6. Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they like during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
7. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
8. The total Prize Pool is valued at $395.92. There are eight (
Prizes in total – 2 x Daily Prizes over four (4) days. Each Day 1 Prize is 1 x Coleman Quickpump 4D (RRP $32.99). Each Day 2 Prize is 1 x Coleman Quickpump High Output 12V (RRP $44.99). Each Day 3 Prize is 1 x Coleman Quickpump 240V (RRP $49.99). Each Day 4 Prize is 1 x Coleman Quickpump Rechargeable 12V + 240V (RRP $69.99). Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Please allow up to 30 business days for the delivery of all prizes.
9. Judging will take place before 17:00pm AEST each week day of the Promotion Period at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The Judges will select the Daily Prize Winners based on the first one (1) and last one (1) person to enter before we comment STOP on the competition post. Each Winner can only win once in the Promotion. Judging will take place on the following dates – 19 January 2016 (Day 1), 20 January 2016 (Day 2), 21 January 2016 (Day 3) and 22 January 2016 (Day 4). Each Winner will be contacted via the Coleman Australia Facebook page (

http://www.facebook.com/ColemanAustralia ) by 29 January 2016. Each Winner has 90 days to claim their prize. In the event they do not claim their prize within the 90 day period another Winner will be judged.
10. Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
14. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
15. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Coleman Australia database. The Promoter, Coleman Australia may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Coleman Australia Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter and/ or Coleman Australia. i. using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion;
ii. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
