ENTRY CONDITIONS
Subscription and payment for six or twelve issues of Equestrian Life magazine must be received between 1 January 2016 and 29 February 2016. The draw will take place at 3pm on 15 March 2016 at the Equestrian Life office, 726 High Street, Armadale, Victoria, 3143. If the prize is not available for any reason, Saddleworld reserve the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value at any time. Any person that is (a) an employee of Equestrian Life and Profile Books Ltd or a family member of such employee is not eligible to enter the competition. Equestrian Life and Saddleworld reserve the right to disqualify any person that it knows is or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the competition as a result of this rule. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The name of the winner will be published on the Equestrian Life website, social media platforms and in a later edition of Equestrian Life magazine. Should the recipient of a gift subscription be drawn, the donor of the gift will be contacted to decide on the winner. The name of the winner will be published on Equestrian Life’s social media platforms. The winner agrees to be involved in publicity regarding the winning of the prize. Information gathered from the entrants of the draw may be used by Equestrian Life for subscriber marketing purposes and will not be shared with any additional third parties. The prize must be taken in its entirety and can not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another party and is non refundable. Any costs associated with the prize must be met by the winner.
