Competition terms and conditions:

Entry & Prize Details
• The entry period is from 21st January to 21st February 2016.
• Two (2) return economy Qatar Airways flights to Zurich, Switzerland, departing one of the following, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, or Adelaide. Total Prize of the flights, two (2) nights of accomodation, two (2) ZürichCARD. Total value of the prize is $5000AUD. The prize value may vary in value.
• Travel tickets must be booked by 31st May 2016, and travel must be complete by 30th November 2016.
• Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking and blackout periods may apply, in peak periods from June - August 2016.

Choosing the winner
• The winner will be chosen at random from all those who have subscribed and completed the competition entry form above.
• The winner will be determined at 5pm on 29th February 2016 by Qatar Airways in their head office. The winners will be notified by email or mobile, on 2nd March 2016.
• Winner will be notified via the email address and phone number provided at the time of subscription.
• The decision of Qatar Airways in all matters is final.

How to Enter
• You can only take part in the competition if you subscribe to Qatar Airways’ special offer in the above entry form.
• The promotion is only for the new newsletter subscribers, who subscribe during the period from  21st January to 22nd February 2016.

Conditions concerning prize
• If the major prize winners are located outside of Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, or Adelaide, then all travel to and from Melbourne will be at the winners own expense.
• The travel companion of the winner must also be 18 years or older.
• The major travel prize does not include, travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, airport transfers, excess baggage or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
• Qatar Airways makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
• The winner and their travel companion will not accrue Qatar Airways Frequent Flyer Points on the prize travel.
• If winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the draw the Qatar Airways reserves the right to forfeit or redraw the prize.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for goods or cash nor can it be sold to any other person.

Liability
• The prize winner agrees to absolve the Qatar Airways from any liability that may result from or is claimed to have resulted from participating in the competition or from the acceptance or use of the prize.
