Entrants and their companion/s must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion/s to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion/s be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for a Minor or Major Prize.
Entrants and their companion/s must be able to attend “Kip’s Engagement Party” at a time and at a location to be specified by the Promoter (in its sole discretion) on Friday 12th February 2016 (the Event).
Dates and schedules of the Prizes and the Event are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their companion/s must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Minor Prize.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
The promotion begins at 6.00am (AEST) on Monday 1st February 2016.
Entries into the promotion close at 9.00am (AEST) on Friday 12th February 2016.
Each weekday during the Promotion Period, between Monday 1st February 2016 and Friday 5th February 2016, between 6.00am (AEST) and 9.00am (AEST):
(a) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 within a specific time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to ten (10) entrants will be randomly selected by the Promoter (each, a Selected Entrant);
(c) up to ten (10) Selected Entrant/s will be invited to appear on air and suggest an idea that fits within the daily theme (Suggestion) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion);
(d) from the Selected Entrant/s who appear on air and provide a Suggestion, the Promoter will select the one (1) Selected Entrant deemed to have provided the “best” Suggestion (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and award that Selected Entrant a Minor Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
Each weekday during the Promotion Period, between Monday 8th February 2016 and Friday 12th February 2016, between 6.00am (AEST) and 9.00am (AEST):
(a) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 within a specific time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected by the Promoter (each, a Selected Entrant);
(c) the Selected Entrant may be invited to appear on air (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), and will be awarded a Minor Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
Each Selected Entrant who is awarded a Minor Prize will be asked by a representative of the Promoter (off air) to provide their contact details (including their mobile telephone number, age and current and valid email address) for the purposes of awarding the Minor Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, there will be ten (10) Minor Prizes awarded during the Promotion Period.
Each Minor Prize winner will be invited to attend the Event at a time and at a location to be specified by the Promoter (in its sole discretion) on Friday 12th February 2016.
Minor Prize winners and their companion/s must attend the Event in order to be eligible to win the Major Prize.
