The customer account number field showing proof of purchase is a mandatory field on all entries.
9) Only one entry will be accepted per customer account number.
10) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
11) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions
without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or
anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
12) Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
13) There will be one prize in total for South Australia & Northern Territory. The prize is the winner will
receive a travel voucher to anywhere in Australia valued at $4000 (The Prize) courtesy of Phil Hoffman Travel
(PHT). The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address within 28 days from their purchased product(s)
being delivered or picked up.
14) The prize is strictly non-transferable.
15) The prize is not redeemable for cash.
16) The draw will be conducted at midday on Friday 18th of March 2016 at 10 Anzac Hwy Keswick
SA 5035.
17) The winner will be deemed to be the first eligible entry randomly drawn at midday Friday 18th of
March 2016.
18) The winner will be notified by phone.
19) The name and address of the winner will be published in “The Advertiser” and “NT News” on Saturday
2nd April 2016.
