Win an iPad competition
Visit FRRRC (Frankston Regional Recycling Centre) any week during March 2016 and you can put yourself in the running to win one of our weekly ‘iPad mini 2’ (16 GB, Wi-Fi) giveaways.
To enter the draw:
Visit FRRRC at 20 Harold Road, Skye - open seven days a week (except Good Friday), 8am-4pm
At the gate house, complete a brief entry form with your full name and a valid email address and your postcode
Provide completed entry form to the gate attendant at FRRRC
To be eligible to enter the competition, you must be disposing of items accepted at FRRRC or visiting the Treasure Chest recycled goods shop.
Competition runs Monday 29 February 2016, 8am until Sunday 3 April 2016, 4pm.
Winners will be chosen by a random draw.
One winner will be drawn each week and notified by email (and/or phone if phone number provided).

1. The promoter is: Frankston City Council (ABN 49464768065). Registered office: 30 Davey Street, Frankston VIC 3199.
2. Employees of Frankston City Council, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter the competition, you must submit a full name and valid email address at the gate house, upon entering the Frankston Regional Recycling and Recovery Centre (FRRRC), 20 Harold Road, Skye and be disposing of items accepted by FRRRC or visiting the Treasure Chest Shop. There is no cost to enter this competition.

www.FRRRC.com.au5. Entries open on Monday 29 February 2016, 8am and will be accepted up until 4pm on Sunday 3 April 2016, at which point no further entries will be accepted.
6. Frankston City Council takes no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. Frankston City Council reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without notice should circumstances arise beyond Council’s control.
8. The prizes are five iPad mini 2 (16GB, Wi-Fi) as stated on the website
www.FRRRC.com.au. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered and prizes are not transferable. Frankston City Council reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice or reason.
9. Winners will be chosen by a random draw.
10. One winner will be drawn each week in March 2016 within two business days following each week of the competition, i.e: Tuesday 8 March; Wednesday 16 March; Tuesday 22 March; Wednesday 30 March and Tuesday 5 April 2016.
11. The winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of their entry being drawn. If the winner does not contact Council within five (5) business days of the email being sent, Frankston City Council reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.
12. The winners must collect their prize by Friday 29 April 2016. If the prize has not been collected or an alternative arrangement negotiated, Frankston City Council reserves the right to draw an alternative prize winner.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries received will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. Your name and contact details provided on the entry form will be used to administer the competition. If you have indicated that you would like to receive Frankston City Council updates, your email address will be used to send emails regarding items of interest about the Frankston Regional Recycling and Recovery Centre (FRRRC) and Frankston City Council.
