You can enter as many times as you like during the competition period. The more times you enter, the more chances you have to win.
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to registered businesses operating in Australia (“Eligible Business”). Businesses whose employee/s, manager or owner are also an employee (or apart of their immediate family) of the Promoter or an agency associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Promotion commences for purchases on 01/04/2016 and ends for purchases at 11:59pm AEDST on 30/06/2016 (“Purchase Period”). Final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 14/07/2016.
For an Eligible Business to enter, an authorised representative (aged 18 years or over) of an Eligible Business must complete the following steps on behalf of that Eligible Business:
spend $500 (ex GST) or more in a single transaction at any Kwik Kopy centre nationally during the Purchase Period (“Qualifying Transaction”); and then
visit kwikkopy.com.au/holiday, input the requested details (including their first name, last name, the name of the Eligible Business, the Kwik Kopy Centre from which the Qualifying Transaction was made, a valid email address, contact number, and the invoice number for the Qualifying Transaction) and submit the fully completed online entry form so it is received during the Entry Period corresponding to when the Qualifying Transaction was made, as outlined in the table below.

Eligible Businesses must be within the Promoter’s trading terms and must not have overdue monies owing as at the relevant Monthly Draw (defined below) in order to be eligible to claim the prize for that Monthly Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Businesses (including any authorised representative employed by that Eligible Business) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Businesses who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction/invoice (regardless of the amount spent in excess of $500 (ex GST) in that transaction); and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Authorised representatives must retain the invoice/s for all Qualifying Transactions on behalf of the Eligible Business as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an Eligible Business’ entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Invoices must clearly specify the Kwik Kopy store of purchase, the total amount spent and that the Qualifying Purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to entry.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Business or authorised representative, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Business or authorised representative.
There will be a draw conducted for the valid entries received in each Entry Period (each a “Monthly Draw”), for a total of three (3) Monthly Draws. The Monthly Draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 5, 492 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, VIC 3004 at 12:00pm AEST on the dates outlined in the table below. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each Monthly Draw and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible business is drawn. The winning Eligible Businesses will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the relevant Monthly Draw and the names of the winning Eligible Businesses will be published online at kwikkopy.com.au/in-the-press and on the Kwik Kopy Australia Facebook page

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid entry drawn in each Monthly Draw will each win a domestic trip for two (2) adults to the winner’s choice of location in Australia, valued at up to $6,500. The prize includes:
return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to their selected destination city, up to the value of $3,000. The airfares will be awarded as Flight Centre Voucher(s), and the exact value awarded will be determined by the Promoter based on the winner’s departure/destination point and travel dates;
$1,500 Rydges Hotel and Resort Voucher to be used towards accommodation in any Rydges Hotel or Resort in Australia and in-hotel purchases during their stay (in-hotel purchase must be in conjunction with accommodation stay); and
$2,000 spending money, awarded as four (4) x $500 Prepaid Visa Debit Cards.
Additional spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken by 30/06/2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Each Prize Recipient (defined below) and his/her companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Each Prize Recipient may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
Each prize will be awarded to the owner or manager of the respective winning Eligible Business (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion), who may, in his/her absolute discretion, take the prize themselves or allocate the prize to any employee of that Eligible Business (“Prize Recipient”).
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Rydges Hotel and Resort Voucher, Prepaid VISA Debit Card, and Flight Centre Voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the Rydges Hotel and Resort Voucher, Prepaid VISA Debit Card and Flight Centre Voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Rydges Hotel and Resort Voucher, Prepaid VISA Debit Card and Flight Centre Voucher are subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Rydges Hotel and Resort Voucher, Prepaid VISA Debit Card and Flight Centre Voucher. Gift Cards/Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking/purchase.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a Prize Recipient does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is up to $19,500. The prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
If any prize remains unclaimed by 11:00am AEDST on 17/10/2016, a re-draw to award any such prize(s) will take place at 12:00pm AEDST on 17/10/2016 at the same place as the original Monthly Draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winning Eligible Business(es), if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the re-draw and the winning Eligible Businesses’ names will be published online at kwikkopy.com.au/holiday commencing on 24/10/2016.
Authorised representatives, on behalf of the winning Eligible Business, and Prize Recipients, consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Business’ details and each of their name, likeness, and/or image (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Business or authorised representative; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is an authorised representative’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an authorised representative, on behalf of an Eligible Business, to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that authorised representative and Eligible Business invalid.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, Eligible Business or authorised representative; or (f) taking/use of a prize.
As a condition of accepting a prize, each Prize Recipient (and his/her companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Promoter collects personal information from the authorised representative on behalf of an Eligible Business ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
http://www.kwikkopy.com.au/privacy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Business. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how authorised representatives may opt out, access, update or correct the PI on behalf of an Eligible Business, how they may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose the PI of Eligible Businesses or authorised representatives to any entity outside of Australia.
