Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia and are 18 years of age or over, ('eligible persons'). The promotion commences 12:01am AEST on 17/04/16 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 07/05/16. ("Promotional Period"). Limit of one entry per person. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.
There will be one (1) Major Promotion draw. The draw will take place at 2.00pm AEST at 1/11 Wicklow Street, Kanagroo Point, QLD 4169. All entries received during the applicable Promotional Period will be entered into the draw as outlined in the table below. The draw will be made from eligible entries collected from 12.01am on the Promotional Period Start date to 11.59pm on the Promotional Period Close Date. All prizes are subject to availability. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any law or written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the competition or in any element of the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Travel Prize and Gift Voucher special conditions:
Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included in any travel prize option. The major prize winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in, if a travel prize option is selected. All travel prize options must be taken by the expiry date on the travel voucher and booking must be confirmed at least three (3) months prior to intended departure date. All travel prize options are subject to booking and flight availability. Travel prize options cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
Prize winners (and their companion/s) are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports with more than six months until expiry at the time of travel, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation, if applicable to the prize option they select. The prize winners and their companion/s must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of any travel prize option. Travel prize options are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers
Travel insurance is advisable for the Prize winner and guests to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances, however, such arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners (and their companion/s).
The Promoter and the associated agencies, make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winners (and their companion/s) to first check with all government travel advisory information regarding the safety and situation of the destination of their chosen destination/event.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, delay or rescheduling of transport and any costs incurred as a result. Including, without limitation, any accommodation costs will be the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
The Prize winners (and their companion/s) are advised to consult their healthcare professional regarding recommended immunisations and/or health checks prior to travelling and to check for travel warnings and any perceived hazards with appropriate authorities, including
