Sazerac, sitting 30 storeys high atop Four Points by Sheraton, is keen to show off its unmatchable views, creative cocktail list and mouth-watering morsels. Named after the oldest known American cocktail, Sazerac, the sky-high bar celebrates the evolution of mixology, with a selection of concoctions that is sure to tantalise your tastebuds. Watch the traffic whizz 30 storeys below you as you imbibe delights such as the fairy-floss-topped Sugarplum Fairy, the deliciously decadent Salted Caramel Martini, or the guilt-free Pure Coco cocktails, or sip from the array of wines, beers and high-end spirits. If you’d like to pair your tipple with something a little more solid you can select from the grazing menu, which features nibbles such as Cajun-spiced chicken skewers, bourbon-laced barbecue pork and tamarind baby octopus.
