Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
Entrants must provide a nominated valid Australian bank account (or the nominated bank account of the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age) as requested by the Promoter, in the event that the entrant is a winner.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
The promotion begins at 6.00am (AEST) on Monday 18th April 2016. The promotions ends at 4.00pm (AEST) on Friday 6th May 2016.
Phone entry:
At various times each weekday during the Promotion Period, between 6.00am (AEST) and 9.00am (AEST):
(a) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period; and
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, two (2) entrants will be randomly selected by the Promoter (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and that entrant will be invited to participate in the On Air Game as the contestant (each a Contestant) for the relevant contest spot.
On Air Game:
Each On Air Game will be conducted as follows:
(a) The Contestants will be given a selected topic as specified by the on-air announcer at the time of participating in the On-Air Game in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion and will be required to provide an answer which falls within the selected topic (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
(b) Contestants will continue to provide answers backwards and forwards until a Contestant’s answer is deemed incorrect (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) or they fail to answer within three (3) seconds (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). For the avoidance of doubt, if the Contestant answers incorrectly, or does not answer in the time allocated, the Contestant will be eliminated and will not be awarded a Prize.
(c) The Contestant who provides the last correct answer (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) before the other Contestant is eliminated (as detailed above) will be deemed the winner of that On Air Game (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
(d) The Promoter’s decisions in relation to the On Air Games are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(e) Each Contestant who is awarded a Prize will be asked by a representative of the Promoter (off air) to provide their contact details (including their nominated bank account (or the nominated bank account of the Contestant’s parent/guardian if the Contestant is under 18 years of age) for the purposes of awarding the Prize.
If for any reason a Contestant declines to or is otherwise unable to appear on air, or their phone line drops out, or they are inaudible for any reason, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Contestant by randomly selecting another entrant who successfully called 13 24 10 within the specified time period and inviting them to participate in the relevant On Air Game as a Contestant. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant confirms their eligibility and ability to participate in the On Air Game as a Contestant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Contestant, and they may not be invited to participate in the On Air Game and/or be awarded a Prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, Contestants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a Prize.
One (1) entry per person, playing six (6) times a day per day during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one (1) Prize each.

Prizes
There are up to Eight nine (89) Prizes to be won. Each Prize will comprise of:
(a) cash amount of $500.
Prizes will be electronically transferred into the Prize winner's nominated bank account (or to the nominated bank account of the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age).
