To enter, eligible individuals must, during the promotional period:
i. Purchase a Westfield Gift Card valued at $50 or more from the Concierge
Desk located Ground Floor near Kathmandu, or Level 1 opposite Bose.
ii. Complete a ‘Get Connected’ form by supplying their full name, valid email
address, telephone number and postcode of residence at the Participating
Centre. It is a condition of entering the Promotion that entrants agree for
their personal information to be added to the Westfield Carindale database
and to be used in accordance with the purposes set out in these Terms and
Conditions.
iii. Entrants will be supplied with one (1) ‘Get Connected’ form for every $50
they spend on purchasing Westfield Gift Cards at a Concierge Desk at
Westfield Carindale.
