1. The promoter is JDR Goonellabah ABN 42 587 092 890 whose registered office is at 5/29 Rous Rd Goonellabah NSW 2480.
2. Employees of JDR Goonellabah or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee necessary to enter this competition.

5. This competition runs from the May 29th 2015 till May 28th 2016 with the closing date for entry being the 27th May 2016.After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries.
7. The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:
To go into the draw all you have to do is list your property For Sale for a 12 months term exclusively with JDR Goonellabah or buy one of JDR Goonellabah's listed properties.
One (1) Prize of a 7 nights cruise on the P&O The Pacific Dawn for 2 people to be taken after the 28th of May 2016.Total prize value ($1500 AUD).All entrants will be given a gold token on listing or buying a property exclusively with JDR Goonellabah.
This token is to be brought to the draw on Saturday the 28th May 2016 at 7:30pm were the entrant will exchange their token for a key.
A jar with the same amount of keys will be displayed at the draw.On the night of the draw each entrant will choose a key from the jar.Each entrant will then be asked to try their key in the lock of the treasure chest which contains the winning prize.
Only (1) key will unlock the treasure chest.
8. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.The prizes are not transferable.
Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
11. The promoters decision in respect of all matters to do with this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering this competition,an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrants prior consent.
15. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these term and conditions.
