This competition (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over.2 The Winner receives the following experiences. Experiences must be redeemed during the 5 night stay – prizes not redeemed during the stay will be forfeited:
i) Return flights for 4 people to Merimbula exit Melbourne with Free Spirit Airlines. Subject to flight and seat availability, please book your flight a minimum of 7 days prior to days of travel. Not exchangeable for cash, not refundable.
ii) 6 days free car hire in a standard car via Europcar, Merimbula;
iii) A local scenic flight to the value of $165 via Merimbula Air Service for two adults and two children under 13. The winner may choose to extend the flight at their own expense.
iv) A 2 or 4 hour guided snorkel for four people with Australia’s Coastal Wilderness Adventures.
v) A pass for 4 people to the Tree Climb Challenge at Merimbula’s Magic Mountain, or general entry to Magic Mountain for 4 people.
vi) 4 seats aboard Captain Sponge’s Magical Oyster Tour.
vii) A whale watching or adventure tour for 4 people (2 adults, two children) with Merimbula Marina (Available September 1 to December 24).
viii) Dinner for 4 people at Wheelers Seafood Restaurant (excluding public holidays).
ix) Free entry to the aquarium for 4 people and morning or afternoon tea for 4 people at Merimbula Aquarium and Wharf Restaurant.
x) Free entry to Potoroo Palace for a family of 4.
3 The Winner also receives the choice of 5 nights accommodation for 4 people, subject to availability :
i) Coast Resort Merimbula. Off peak periods only, these are June 7 to 25; July 19 to September 16; October 9 to December 24 and excluding public holidays OR
ii) Aquarius Resort (excluding Saturday, September 17 to Sunday, October 2) .
iii) The Winner will be required to contact the accommodation provider direct to book the stay.
4 There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is not transferable.

9 The Winner will be notified by email and required to provide a postal address and phone number. Sapphire Coast Tourism LTD will endeavour to notify the Winner within 7 days of the Promotion draw taking place.
10 The Promotion is not open to employees or volunteers of Merimbula Tourism Inc or Sapphire Coast Tourism LTD, individuals providing services to these companies, suppliers providing services to these companies, as well as their immediate families.

12 If the Winner fails to contact the Promoter or the winner declines the prize, the winner will be disqualified and a new Winner will be drawn at random in the same manner at a date to be determined.
