Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide
proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or
their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will
be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to attend The Osso Long
Lunch at Osso Steak & Ribs, Penrith NSW on the following dates:
 Between 12.30pm – 3.00pm, on Saturday 4 June, 2016
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a
personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business
number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to
call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number to record for on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a
representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as
defined below) between 6.00am – 10.00am (AEST) on weekdays, from
Friday 27 May, 2016 to Friday 3 June, 2016and in accordance with the
requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded
the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to
a message bank, the entrant may be disqualified, and another entrant
will be selected to win.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize as specified by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period The promotion begins at 6.00am (AEST) on Monday 23 May, 2016.
Entries into the promotion close at 3.00pm (AEST) on Thursday 2 June,
2016.

Entry Method During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air
commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry
form in the manner required, including by providing their full name,
mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age, mailing
address and answering in 25 words or less the question “who would you
take to the Osso Long Lunch and why?”
Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the
Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
Each weekday during the Promotion Period between 2.00pm – 4.00pm
(AEST) the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
a) select up to five (5) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’
entries for that weekday based on the Judging Criteria from all
valid entries submitted by 3pm (AEST) that day (each, a
Selected Entrant);
b) contact one (1) Selected Entrant by telephone (in the sole and
absolute discretion of the Promoter) who submitted the best entry
that weekday; and
c) invite the Selected Entrant/s to share their Answer on air that
day. If a Selected Entrant successfully shares their Answer on air
that day, they will be deemed a winner and awarded the prize, in
the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter.
If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is
otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line
drops out, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide
to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting another entrant and
inviting them to appear on air as a Selected Entrant The Promoter will
repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms
their eligibility and ability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative
of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a that
Selected Entrant, and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or be
awarded a prize. For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must
appear on air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and
awarded a prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to
receive further information from Osso Steak & Ribs, and if an entrant
selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form
their contact details will be passed on to Osso Steak & Ribs (including for
the purposes of direct marketing). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe
from communications from Osso Steak & Ribs by following the
unsubscribe procedure contained in Osso Steak & Ribs communications
sent to subscribers.

For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one prize each.

Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the
Promoter between 2.00pm – 4.00pm (AEST) at the Promoter’s premises.

All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner
will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information
set out below.
Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on creativity, uniqueness and appeal for radio.
Prize Details There are up to five [5] prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: an invitation for winner & 1 x friend to the Osso Long Lunch, at
Osso Steak & Ribs
- Four course shared meal with matching beers & wines (soft
drinks will be available)
Valued at up to $190 (incl GST)
Each prize winner will receive one standard drink per person per hour
and food.
I.D to enter the venue is required. The venue reserves the right to refuse
any person entry into the venue, including, but not limited to, those who
appear drunk or intoxicated.
Dress standards apply (at the discretion of the venue).
The Promoter will not be liable and takes no responsibility for any refusal
of entry by the venue of any person for any reason.
Responsible services of alcohol laws will be strictly enforced.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a
winner and/or their companion (if any) as a result of taking the prize.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not
refundable or transferable.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any
changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the event that
one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the
prize shall constitute the complete and total prize. The Promoter will not
enter into any further correspondence with the winner and his/her
nominated companion.
All components of the prize must be taken together and when offered or
are forfeited. Any element of the prize not taken will be deemed to be
forfeited.
The prize winner and their companion must participate in the prize
together at all times.
Total Prize Pool Up to $950 (incl GST)
Notification of Winners Winners will be notified:
- via mail; (email)
- via telephone;
- in person;
- on air at the time of winning;
- on the Station Website,
by 10.00am (AEST), on Friday 3 June, 2016.

Prize Delivery The prize details will be emailed to the winner’s nominated email address
by the Promoter/prize provider. The winner’s name will be placed on the
guest list at Osso Steak & Ribs in Penrith NSW, at 12.30pm (AEST) on
Saturday 4 June, 2016.
