FIND YOUR INNER TURTLE – WIN TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES PRIZES – CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
INTRODUCTION
1. The “Find Your Inner Turtle Promotion” (“Promotion”) is conducted by Luna Park Sydney Pty Ltd (ABN 39 102 907 184) of 1 Olympic Drive, Milsons Point NSW 2061 (“Promoter”).
2. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.
3. All times and dates specified in these Conditions of Entry are times and dates in Sydney, which may be Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) depending on the date.
4. The word "including" means "including without limitation" and "includes", "included" and "in particular" are also to be understood as being without limitation.
5. All references to dollars or "$" are references to Australian dollars, inclusive of GST (if any).
PROMOTIONAL DATES
6. Promotion starts at 10:00am on Thursday 2 June 2016 and ends at 9:00am on Monday 13 June 2016 (the “Promotional Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
7. Participation in the Competition is only open to persons who are an Eligible Person (as defined below). An "Eligible Person" (an “Entrant”) is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 13 years or older; (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (iii) is not an employee of Luna Park Sydney Pty Ltd, ABN 39 102 907 184, or its related companies; and (iv) is not a spouse, de‐facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of an excluded employee. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Entrant must read and consent to these Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Competition.
HOW TO PLAY
8. To play, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
a. Complete the Turtle Quiz via the Promotional Website at
http://findyourinnerturtle.tbits.me; and
b. Register their details in the manner required
9. There are a total of thirty (30) Major Prizes and one hundred and thirty (130) Runner Up prizes.
The winners of each prize will be drawn with the highest value prize first, and the lowest value
prize last.
10. Any Entrant that fails to register their correct details following participation in the Quiz will
forfeit their entry. No compensation will be payable if an Entrant is unable to register their details as stated for whatever reason. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. All competition activities, entries and entrant details are hosted on the Tradable Bits campaign platform.
12. An Entrant may participate a maximum of once per day during the Promotional Period. Each entry must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
13. To enter an Entrant must, during the Promotional Period, use a compatible browser to visit the Promotional Website and correctly and successfully follow the directions provided to enter the required personal details.
14. Unrecognisable, incomplete or invalid entrant details will not be accepted.
PRIZE DETAILS
15. There will be thirty (30) Major Prizes awarded and one hundred and ten (110) Runner‐Up Prizes awarded. The total prize pool value is $4,765.00. The value of all prizes is correct as at 26 May 2016. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in the value of the prize.
16. The Major Prizes available are as follows:
a. Ten (10) x Table‐Top Air Hockey sets and a double in‐season pass to see the movie in
cinemas, valued at $161
b. Ten (10) x Mini‐Boombox Speakers and a double in‐season pass to see the movie in
cinemas, valued at $71 each
c. Ten (10) x Turtle Shell Backpacks and a double in‐season pass to see the movie in
cinemas, valued at $66 each
17. The Runner‐Up Prizes are as follows:
a. Ten (10) x Double in‐season passes to see the movie in cinemas, valued at $36
b. Twenty‐five (25) x Leonardo Chicken Schnitzel combos valued at $14.50 each
c. Twenty‐five (25) x Donatello Grilled Burger combos valued at $14.50 each
d. Twenty‐five (25) x Michelangelo Cheese Burger combos valued at $14.50 each
e. Twenty‐five (25) x Raphael Hot Dog Combos valued at $13.50 each
18. Prizes
taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
19. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize (or part of a prize) of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
PRIZE DRAW
20. The Prize Draw will be conducted at 10:00am on Tuesday 14 June 2016 at the Luna Park Sydney Administration Office, Level 3, 6a Glen Street, Milsons Point NSW 2061.
21. The eligibility of the Entrants drawn will be verified before they are contacted by email confirming their success.
22. Major Prize winners (16.a, 16.b, 16.c.) and Runner‐up in‐season pass prize winners (17.a) are required to collect their prize in person from Luna Park Sydney, 1 Olympic Drive, Milsons Point on or before Thursday 30 June 2016. Runner‐Up prize winners (17.b, 17.c, 17.d and 17.e) will have their prize delivered to them via email in coupon form.
23. If a Prize winner is unable to collect their prize in person, they must inform Luna Park Sydney in writing to
epromo@lunaparksydney.com at the time of accepting their prize, to determine alternate collection/distribution.
24. Please note that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is out in cinemas from 9 June 2016. Check with your local cinema for classification and session times. Sessions and
are non‐refundable and not transferable. No cash alternative is available. Prizes must be
