TERMS AND CONDITIONS WIN THE HITZ MACHINE The following terms and conditions apply for the Grant Broadcasters WIN THE HITZ MACHINE promotion. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Grant Broadcasters Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail. Participating Stations: Hitz 939 Bundaberg 1. DURATION Entries open on Monday 30th May and close Saturday 18th June 10am. 2. METHOD OF ENTRY To enter you must meet with the Hitz street team at a location announced on air and provide your entry details on the registration form. Entries close 10am Saturday 18th June 3. PRIZE Hyundai i30 Automatic. This is a used vehicle. Still under factory warrant. Comes with road worthy certificate. There is no cash, credit or other alternative to the prize offered. Prize contents or description may change at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters. 4. SELECTION OF WINNERS A winner will be selected at random from all entries on Saturday 18 June at Bundaberg Motor Group Bourbong Street, Bundaberg. Winner must be present at the major prize draw. Winner must be over 18 and hold a valid drivers licence. 5. NOTIFICATION The winner must be at the location at the time of the draw. If the person drawn is not present, additional draws will be made until a person present is drawn. No substitutes allowed. The vehicle will not be available to take home on the day due to signage being removed. 6. INDEMNITY All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. 7. ENTRY CONDITIONS. Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded. 8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS. Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
