TRADE PROMOTION SCHEDULE OF DETAILS
This Schedule sets out the details of the SCAN & WIN Competition. The Schedule must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Entry (which follow this Schedule).
Promotion Name – SCAN & WIN Promotion
Game Type – This promotion is a Game of Chance. Three (3) x Babylove prizes will be awarded at random during the Promotional Period.
Promoter – Nursery Elegance (ABN 84 122 443 387) located at 99 Derby Road, Sunshine, Victoria 3020.
Relevant Country(s) – Open to Australian residents only.
Promotion Period – The Promotion consists of three (3) separate periods.
Brisbane PB&C: starts at 9:00am ACST Friday 17th June 2016 and closes at 11:59pm ACST Friday 24th June 2016.
Melbourne PB&C: starts at 9:00am ACST Friday 19th August 2016 and closes at 11:59pm ACST Friday 26th August 2016.
Eligible Persons – An individual is an Eligible Person if they are: 1) Over 18 years old; and 2) A Australian resident; Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the management of the Promotion (and their Immediate Families) or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Families means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
Verification Requirements – Winners will be required to verify their identity and provide proof of age prior to receiving their prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.
Entry Procedure – To enter the competition participants must during the Promotional Period; 1) visit Babylove’s PB&C Expo Stand; 2) At the Babylove Stand O16, entrants must then scan their QR code; 3) Like our Facebook @Babylove Page; 4) Visit our Babylove Website –

Notification of Winners – There are a total of nine (9) prize packages to be won during the Promotional Period (3 prize packs per PB&C Expo Show- Sydney x3, Brisbane x3 & Melbourne x3). Participants will be notified via email if they are a Winner. Notification will be in the form of an email from
au-promotions@britax.com.
How to Claim - Recipients must respond to Babylove’s email notification with their contact details (mobile phone number and postal address). Babylove will then manage the distribution of prizes. Prizes will be distributed within 28 days of the prize claim. The Prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address after validation and acceptance of Prize.
Prize Restrictions – The prize is non-transferable.
Total Prize Pool – There are nine (9) prize packages only (3 prize packs per PB&C Expo Show- Sydney x3, Brisbane x3 & Melbourne x3). Prize winners will receive a Babylove Ezy Grow Car Seat. Total prize package is valued at $2,961.00 (AUD/ GST included).
Publication Dates – The name and locality of the winner will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page on the following dates:
Brisbane PB&C: Wednesday 29th June 2016
Melbourne PB&C: Wednesday 31st August 2016
Prize Claim Date – Prize must be claimed by 10:00am on the following dates:
Brisbane PB&C: Friday 1st July 2016
Melbourne PB&C: Friday 2nd September 2016
Privacy - All entries/ claims become the property of the Promoter. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition are governed by these Terms and Conditions. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that the entrant is not eligible to win a Prize.
TRADE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions accepted at the Promoters discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If a prize remains unclaimed at 10:00am (ACST) on the specified Prize Claim Date, the Promoter, will deem that prize invalid and therefore will be considered forfeited.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought prior to entering the competition.
The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied unless authorised by the Promoter. The prize value includes GST and is in Australian dollars and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to any written directions from the SA lottery Departments.
The prize is not transferable to another person or exchangeable. The prize cannot be redeemed for other goods and services or sold to a third party including online auctions and private sales. Unused portions of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and its associated agencies, and companies associated with this competition will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this competition. Use of such information will be in accordance with Promoters Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions. To facilitate your participation, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to the relevant State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
The entrant agrees to participate and co-operate with the Promoter as required in all editorial and promotional activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter for an unlimited period of time without remuneration. The Winner also agrees to grant to the Promoter a perpetual and exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, malfunction of any telephone network or line, providers or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it’s determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the activity and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.
