‘SHOP & WIN’ COMPETITION – Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promotion will be conducted at Pennant Hills Marketplace as set out in Annexure A-
‘Participating Retailers’
PROMOTION DATES
1. The competition starts at 3:30pm Friday 3rd June 2016 and closes at 3:00pm Friday
8th July 2016.
ENTRY DETAILS
1. To be eligible to participate in this promotion and claim the prize, eligible individual
must, during the Promotional Period, undertake the following steps:
(a) Entry into this competition is based on a minimum required spend. A minimum spend of
$15 or more at Pennant Hills Marketplace Stores as set out in Annexure A during the
promotional period.
(b) Fill in an entry form at the participating retailer and enter it into the barrel located in the
centre. Refer to Annexure A for participating retailers.
(c) You will need to retain your receipt to claim your prize.
2. This competition is only open to residents living in New South Wales. All entries must
include a name and email address.
3. Entry to this competition is restricted to persons of or over 18 years of age
4. Incomplete, illegible entries or any entry not compliant with these terms and
conditions will be deemed invalid.
5. Entrants are able to enter the promotion multiple times
PRIZE DETAILS
1. The winner is responsible for liaising with Pennant Hill Marketplace to arrange an
appropriate time to collect the prize.
2. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner
is unable to use the prize as stated.
3. The prize winner does not receive any credit note if the prize winner cannot collect
the prize by the aforementioned date.
4. The winner agrees to a minimum of 2 photos of the prize collection for Pennant Hills
promotional material, including print, online and social media. This will be taken
upon collection of prize.
DRAW DETAILS
1. This is a game of chance and the winner will be selected at random.
2. The total prize is 25 x $100 cash
3. Five (5) winners will be drawn every Friday at 3pm for the promotion period. Three
(3) runner-up entries will be drawn

1. The draw will take place at Site 2 (in between Amcal and Subway and will be drawn
by centre management or an approved representative of Centre Management
2. Pennant Hills Marketplace will notify the winner via email and a follow up phone call
(if provided)
3. If the winner is unreachable after 15 day, the runner- up entries will be notified in
the order they are drawn from the barrel until the prize has been claimed. The prize
must be collected from centre management with photo identification matching the
entry form.
4. The promoter reserve the right to publish the winner’s name on the Pennant Hills
Marketplace Facebook page and website.
GENERAL
1. All entries agree to subscribe to Pennant Hills Marketplace database and receive relevant
marketing communication from Pennant Hills Marketplace. Database members can choose
to unsubscribe at any time. Pennant Hills Marketplace and their tenants may send you
material on special offers, news updates and marketing material to the contact details
specified on the entry form. Subscriber contact details will not be provided or sold to any
company not related to Pennant Hills Marketplace
2. Employees and employee family members of Pennant Hills Marketplace, Pennant Hills
Marketplace and the Banna Property Group are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these terms and conditions.
4. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions.
5. If the prize winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions, the winner will forfeit the
prize
6. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of
residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of
registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry
considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a
winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no
substitute will be offered.
7. By entering, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use personal information disclosed,
in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further
reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant
electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct
information to the Promoter. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable
of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest
extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or
cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
8. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury or death; or any loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical
difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any
theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late,
lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of
the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) the acceptance or use of a prize; (g)
any act or omission of the Promoter or its associated agencies.
