8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
Promotions are not open to:
1. employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its
agencies involved with the Promotion;
2. the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted
child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent)
of such employees and contractors (whether or not they
live in the same household);
3. any person who is discovered to have used or attempted
to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win
any Promotion run by the Promoter except in the case of a
legal change of name;
4. any person where that person or anyone from the same
family or household has won a prize or prizes from the
Promoter on the radio station or on any station owned or
controlled by the Australian Radio Network valued either
individually or collectively at more than $500 in the 30
days prior to the commencement of the Promotion, or
$20,000 in the 6 months prior to the commencement of
the Promotion.
9. How to enter Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) Participants must visit their Station Website during the Competition
Period and fully complete the online entry form, including by
providing their name, address, contact number and email address,

along with their favourite item in up to 30 categories.
(b) Entrants must complete all fields to be eligible.
(c) All valid entries received will be placed into a random electronic
prize draw.
(d) The Promoter will select 1 entry and that entrant will be deemed a
winner and receive $500.
10. Limitation on entries Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish,
however entrants may only win one prize each

One draw will be conducted to determine the winner on Monday 11th
July 2016 between 9am and 5pm (AEST).
The winner will be drawn at random and will take place WS FM101.7 – 3
Byfield Street, North Ryde NSW 2113
13: Prize Details There will be one (1) prize only awarded.
One winner will receive $500 cash

16. Publication Details The prize winner will be published on the Station Website ‘WIN’ Page.
17: Prize Claim and Delivery The prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account
via electronic funds transfer OR The prize will be awarded to the winner
in the form of a cheque which will be mailed to the winner.

17. Special conditions Entrants must complete all fields on the entry form to be
eligible for the prize draw.
If a finalist is deemed a winner they will receive one (1) prize
only. The promoter may elect to award more than one (1)

right to terminate the competition subject to any direction
