Entry Restrictions Entrants must be at least 15 years of age
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or
legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information
about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18
years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to
conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the
required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be
deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any
parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under
18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to
the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in
the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the
Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner
for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
Entrants must provide a nominated valid Australian bank account (or the
nominated bank account of the winner’s parent/guardian if the
winner is under 18 years of age) as requested by the Promoter, in the
event that the entrant is a winner.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period The Promotion begins at 5.30am AEST on Monday, 4 July 2016.

Entry Method Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air
commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online
entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name,
mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age and
answering in 25 words or less the question, “Why do you deserve a
home refresh?” (Answer).
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with
the Judging details below. The Judges will select the one (1) entry they
deem to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid
entries received within the Promotion Period and award that entrant a
Prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to
receive further information from RB (Australia) Pty Limited ACN, and if
an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online
entry form their contact details will be passed on to RB (Australia) Pty
Limited ACN (including for the purposes of direct marketing). Entrants
may at any time unsubscribe from communications from RB (Australia)
Pty Limited ACN by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in RB
(Australia) Pty Limited ACN communications sent to subscribers.

Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the
Promoter by Wednesday 3 August 2016 at the Promoter’s premises to
determine one (1) winner. All valid entries will be judged based on the
Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the
Notification of Winners information set out below.
Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on, among other things, the creativity, humour and
originality.
Prize Details There is one (1) Prize to be won, as follows:
One (1) cash prize of $5,000 AUD ; and
One (1) Freedom Voucher of $5,000 AUD.
Vouchers are valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on the
voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are subject to the
conditions stipulated by the provider of the voucher.
Total Prize Pool Up to $10,000.
Notification of Winners Winners will be notified:
- via email;
- via telephone; and
- on the Station Website,

Prize Claim Date and
Time
Prize/s must be claimed by 5pm AEDT on Friday 28 October 2016.
Prize Delivery The Freedom Voucher will be available for collection by the winner from
the Promoter’s premises in the winner’s ordinary state of residence. The
Promoter will contact the winner when it is ready for collection.
The Cash Prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account
via electronic funds transfer (or to the nominated bank account of the
winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age).
