1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Hardie Grant Media Ground Floor, Building 1, 658 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121 (“Promoter”) ABN 17 080 486 755
3. The Promotion period is 14 June 2016 to 21 July 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over, other than management, employees or contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prize), and their immediate families (“Eligible Entrants”).

6. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and may also be used for the purposes specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion (ie, courier, Australia Post) and to relevant authorities in the Relevant States, and the winner’s name and State/Territory of residence may be published in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry and as required under relevant legislation. 8. The winner will be chosen from all the entries on the participating entry page. It will be drawn using random.org.
9. The judges’ decision (including any decisions as to prize distribution) is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
10. The winner will be announced/notified within 3 days of the competition closing by email to the email address entered during subscription.
11. The prize winners will be given 1 week to claim the prize. If the winner does not claim their prize in this time, a redraw will occur.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of prizes.
13.
