SANITY MUSIC STORES
1. These terms and conditions apply to the Sanity“Wina Bose 525 Entertainment System” ("Promotion").
2. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is only open to persons who are:
(a) residents of Australia.
(b) who make a purchase using their Sanity Elite Rewards Cardat a Sanity store or online. Customers who sign up to the Elite Rewards Program after making a purchase are also eligible to enter.
(c) not employees of the Promoter or the Promoter's suppliers or other associated companies or agencies (as determined by the Promoter), or their family members, (“Eligible Persons”).
4. The Promotion commences 00:00 AEST onTuesday 12th July 2016 and closes 23:59pm AEST on Monday 15thAugust 2016 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected.
5. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period,
i. Make a purchase and sign up to the Sanity Elite Rewards Program at a Sanity store or online or
ii. An existing Sanity ELITE member must have their card scanned when making a purchase at a Sanity store or online within the Promotional Period.
6. Individual Entrants may enter as many times as they wish during the Promotion Period, provided that each entry is based on a separate Individual Entrant Eligible Purchase), and each entry must comply with these terms and conditions.
7. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion.
8. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to a nominated legal guardian. For the prize to be awarded to a nominated legal guardian, the winner must have received prior consent from a legal guardian.
9. Each valid entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the promotional period will be entered into the draw. One (1) valid entrant will be drawn at random to become the major prize winner. Ten (10)valid entrant will be drawn at random to become the minor prize winner. The draw will take place at Salmat Digital Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Wednesday 24th August 2016 at 12:00 AEST?
10. Winners will be notified by writing and phone within 2 working days, using the contact details they provided to the Promoter on entry into the Promotion and their name published on
www.sanity.com.au onMonday 29thAugust 2016.
11. Major Prize winner receives a Bose 252 Entertainment System (valued at $3,999). Each minor winner will receive 1x $50 Hoyts Cinema vouchers.
12. Total Minor prize value is up to = $500
13. Total prize value is up to = $4,499
14. In the event a drawn entry is deemed invalid, the next valid entry will win.
15. Prize is unable to be transferred, exchanged or taken as cash. In any event the prize is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of the same or greater value.
16. Subject to any direction given under relevant State legislation, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Salmat Digital Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on Thursday 24thNovember at 12:00 (AEDT). The winner will be notified via phone and in writing within 2 days of the draw. The Winner will be published on
www.sanity.com.au on Monday 28th November 2016.

17. The promoter reserves the right to use the winners name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited time period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition, and promoting any products and services, manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
20. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
21. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
22. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
23. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
24. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
25. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
26. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter and its agents associated with this Promotion. All personal information provided to the Promoter in connection with the Promotion will be destroyed after the competition closes and winners have been notified.
