Entrants and their companion must be at least 16 years of age and if under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the prize.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the Major Prize (if applicable) between the following dates November 3, 2016 to November 5, 2016 (Major Prize International Travel Dates) and attend Selena Gomez’s concert on November 4, 2016 in London.
Entrants and their companion whose ordinary state of residence is NOT NSW, QLD or VIC must be able to travel to either NSW, QLD or VIC (as determined by the Promoter at its sole and absolute discretion) between the following dates [insert dates] (Major Prize Domestic Travel Dates) and take the meet and greet element of the Major Prize (if applicable) on a date as advised by the Promoter.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take a Minor Prize (if applicable) to attend Selena Gomez’s Revival Tour (if applicable) on one (1) of the following dates in the winner’s ordinary state of residence:
Brisbane: August 11, 2016; or
Sydney: August 9, 2016; or
Melbourne: August 6, 2016.
(Minor Prize Event Dates).
Entrants and their companion whose ordinary state of residence is NOT NSW, QLD or VIC must be able to travel to either NSW, QLD or VIC (as determined by the Promoter at its sole and absolute discretion) between the following dates August 6, 2016 to August 11, 2016 (Minor Prize Travel Dates) and attend the concert on one of the above Minor Prize Event Dates (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
Entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
The prize winner and their companion are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the prize. If the winner and/or their companion is unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into The UK, the winner may forfeit the prize.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as defined below) between 12:00pm AEST and 10:00pm AEST between July 25, 2016 and August 5, 2016 and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the promoter will go to next selected entrant.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
The promotion begins at 5:00pm AEST on 22 July, 2016.
Entries into the promotion close at 2:00pm AEST on August 5, 2016.
