DETAILS
Purchase any Sukin product and enter the draw to win one of three prizes; total prize pool $13,500. The first valid entry drawn will win a

Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Major Prize Draw only one (1) entry permitted per transaction. Multiple entries for multi-item single transactions will be discounted.
9. Entrants must retain their original Sukin product barcode and a copy or printout of their purchase receipt for their entry as proof
of purchase. Failure to produce the required proof of purchase for their entry when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the
Promoter, result in invalidation of their entry and forfeiture of any right to the prize. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of

10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity

12. The Major Prize will be drawn at Sukin Australia Pty Ltd, 58 Logis Boulevard, South Dandenong, VIC 3175, 10am, Wednesday 5th
October 2016.
13. Winners will be notified in writing and by phone no later than Monday 10th October, 2016.
14. Winners names will be published on the promotional website alongside Sukin’s own website
www.sukinorganics.com and social media
channels (Facebook) on Friday 14th of October, 2016 pending approval from the winners to have their details published and under the
condition that The Promoter has been able to contact the winner by such time. A second announcement date may be scheduled for
Monday 7th November, 2016 should there be delays or set-backs in contacting the winner, during the said period.
15. A Second Chance for the consumer promotion may take place on Monday 5 December 2016 at 10:00am at Sukin Australia Pty
Ltd, 58 Logis Boulevard, South Dandenong, VIC 3175, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. In the case of a winner,
they will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published on

16. The judge(s) or Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. All prizes, including the Facebook contest prize, may be altered or amended by The Promoter, and cannot be transferred or
exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
21. The Major Prize winner and any other person sharing a prize with the winner will be required to sign a form to release the Promoter
from, and indemnify the Promoter against, any and all liability arising from the use of or participation in any part of the prize.
22. Additional spending money, additional meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a
personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs associated with taking the Major Prize are not included.
23. Major Prize must be taken by 11/12/2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Black out periods apply, including school
holidays, Christmas and New Year, and relevant black out or peak season periods as specified by the Nautilus resort.
24. Booking and confirmation of the Major Prize will be handled on behalf of the Promoter, by the Promoter’s nominated travel
provider and Nautilus Resort. The winner will be advised of the nominated travel provider on notification of winning.

25. The Major Prize winner and their companion will be responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking
is confirmed and ticketed. The winner and their companion must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
26. The Major Prize winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary
to be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter
reserves the right to determine the itinerary. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Major Prize is subject to the standard
terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of
accommodation check in.
27. If for any reason the Major Prize winner does not take the prize (or part of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then
the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited.
28. If the Major Prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or
that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
29. Total Major Prize pool value across all prizes, as applicable to Australian residents, is up to AU$13,500. Major Prize, or any unused
part of the Major Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
30. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including
photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of
promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the
Promoter.
31. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason
beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud,
the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject
to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or
similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under
consumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded,
including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
34. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury;
or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a)
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access
