Entrants must be 16 years or older. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have a parent's or guardian's consent to enter the Promotion.
Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Entrants can enter as many times as they like.
To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period visit the Website of their local Triple M Station, register their details and describe in twenty five (25) words or less what pie flavour they would like to see made by Four N Twenty and why.
At the end of the Online Registration Period , the Promoter will judge entries to determine one (1) Major Prize Winner in accordance with the Judging Details.
All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability or as otherwise specified. Where entrants submit an answer to question, the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer, and there may be a time factor applied.

As per Conditions of Entry. Unless the prize is a cash prize, prizes are not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.
If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
Winner will be notified in writing within five (5) working days of being determined.
Prize Claim Date & Time: 26th November 2016 at 5pm AEDT
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details, or to another valid entrant who subsequently enters this Promotion or another Promotion conducted by the Promoter.
