Entrants and their companion must be over 15 years of age.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
The promotion begins at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 5th August, 2016. Entries into the promotion close at 2:00pm AEST on 12th August, 2016.
Online Entry and On Air Game
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, state, age and answering in 25 words or less the question “How would you throw the best BBQ of all time?” (Answer).
Each Valid entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
Each weekday during the Promotion Period between 12:00pm AEST and 10:00pm AEST the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
a) select up to 10 entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries based on the Judging Criteria (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted by 5:00pm AEST that day during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected Entrant);
b) contact up to 10 Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) by telephone and place on the standby list for that day; and
c) invite up to two (2) Selected Entrants who submitted the ‘best’ Online Entries based on the Judging Criteria to participate in the On Air Challenge between 7:00pm AEST and 10:00pm AEST that day (each, a Contestant).
On Air Challenge
During the Promotional Period the Promoter (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
a) have a predetermined celebrity that will need to be correctly identify based on the clues provided (Nominated Celebrity).
b) The Contestants, during a specified time period, will be provided with up to three (3) clues to help them identify the identity of the Nominated Celebrity and will be invited to answer who they believe is the Nominated Celebrity within the nominate time period.
c) The Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide additional clues and hints to the Contestants during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
d) Contestants will be required to use their name as a buzzer to buzz in when they think they know the identity of the Nominated Celebrity.
e) The first Contestant to buzz in (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be invited to share who they think the Nominated Celebrity is.
f) If the Contestant correctly identifies the Nominated Celebrity (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) they will be deemed the winner and awarded the Prize for that day.
g) If the Contestant does not correctly identify the Nominated Celebrity (as determined by
premises to determine 5 winners. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on enthusiasm and creativity.
There are up to 5 prizes to be won, as follows:

1 x weber BBQ; and
1 x $100 meat tray voucher; and
1 x in-season general admission pass for the winner and one (1)
companion to see the film titled Sausage Party. valued at up to $450 (incl GST)
Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
Vouchers are valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the voucher.
Up to $2,250 (incl GST)
Winners will be notified:
- via telephone;
- on air at the time of winning;
- on the Station Website,
by August 12th, 2016.
Prize/s must be claimed by 5:00pm AEST on Monday 12th September, 2016.
The prize/s will be available for collection by the winner from the Promoter’s premises (or by the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age). The Promoter will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection.
