The Promotion commences at 15:0pm AEST on 10 August 2016 and closes at 17.00pm AEST on 14 September 2016 (Promotion Period).
Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 16 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must visit
www.otfs.com.au, then accurately complete an online entry form, and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
On the Thank You Page of the entry form Entrants have the option to refer a friend to obtain an extra entry into the draw. Entrants can receive up to a maximum of 6 entries – one for sharing the competition on Facebook and up to five by referring five friends via email. Entrants will need to enter the names and email addresses of up to 5 friends via email to obtain the additional entries. Before referring friends, the entrant must first ensure they have the consent of the friend/s prior to nominating them to receive the details of the promotion. Extra entries will only be valid for referrals made via the entry form. The Promoter will not use the information received in the record of referral for any ongoing marketing communications. The Promoter will only use this information the one time in conjunction with the contest. Referred records will not be entered into the Promoter’s database.
By accepting the terms and conditions upon entering the promotion you are automatically entered into the Promoter’s email database.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
The total Prize Pool is valued at $200. There is one (1) Prize valued at $200.The Prize includes 1 x $200 OTFS Gift Card (RRP $200.00). Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of prizes from being notified as a winner. The OTFS Gift Card will be valid for a period of 6 months from issue.
The Prize Draw will be conducted at 11:00am AEST on 15 September 2016 at 3 /145 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The Prize Winner will be the first valid Entry drawn.
The Winner will be notified by telephone within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their name will be published on the OTFS Facebook Page (

In their written confirmation, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 20 December 2016 at the same time and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.

In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the On Trend Fashion Services database. The Promoter and On Trend Fashion Services may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the On Trend Fashion Services Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of the On Trend Fashion Services.
