Entrants must be over 16 years of age.
If under 18 years of age, entrants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or over while taking participating in the Challenge.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants must be able to attend Nova’s $10K Golf Challenge at Golf Central, Brisbane on Thursday 25th August, 2016 at a time to be advised by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entrants must not be persons who are current or former golfers at a tour professional, club professional, elite amateur or collegiate (players who have represented their state or country at Under 16’s level or higher) level. Entrants must not hold a current golf handicap between 0 and 10. It is a condition of entry that the entrant represents and warrants that they meet these eligibility criteria. Entrants who do not meet these requirements will be deemed ineligible to participate in the Challenge and/or be awarded the Major Prize.
Entrants must provide a nominated valid Australian bank account as requested by the Promoter, in the event that the entrant is a winner.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Online entry:
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age & suburb.
The Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will randomly select up to five (5) valid Online Entries and invite those entrants (Selected Entrants) to participate in the Challenge (as outlined below) on the Challenge Date at the Challenge Location.
If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to participate in the Challenge the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting another entrant and inviting them to participate in the Challenge as a Selected Entrant. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to participate in the Challenge as a Selected Entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant, and they may not be invited to participate in the Challenge.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from Golf Central PTY LTD and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to Golf Central PTY LTD (including for the purposes of direct marketing). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from Golf Central PTY LTD by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in Golf Central PTY LTD communications sent to subscribers.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and must independently comply with these Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one minor prize each.
Minor Challenge
The Selected Entrants will be invited to participate in the Minor Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and as advised by the Promoter on the Challenge Date at the Challenge Location.
The Selected Entrant deemed the winner of the Minor Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be invited to participate in the Major Challenge (as outlined below) (Major Challenge Entrant).
Major Challenge
The Major Challenge Entrant will be invited to participate in the Major Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and as advised by the Promoter on the Challenge Date at the Challenge Location. The Major Challenge Entrant shall have a maximum of 3 attempts only to win the Major Challenge. For the avoidance of doubt, no practice attempts will be permitted. The Major Challenge Entrant must be present and available to participate in the major
Challenge immediately after as the Major Challenge Entrant, with no allowance of time for practice attempts. The Major Challenge Entrant must be the same individual that participated in the Minor Challenge as a Selected Entrant, they will not be permitted to appoint another person to participate in the Major Challenge on their behalf.
The Major Challenge Entrant must comply with any other rules and restrictions applicable to the Major Challenge as notified to it by the Promoter.
The Promoter will judge and verify whether the Major Challenge Entrant has met and complied with all the rules and restrictions applicable to the Major Challenge before awarding the Prize (in its sole and absolute discretion).

There is (1) Major Prize to be won, as follows: AU$10,000 Cash.
Prize will be electronically transferred into the prize winner's nominated Australian bank account or to the nominated bank account of the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age.

Winners will be notified: - in person;
by Thursday 25th August, 2016.
Prize/s must be claimed by Wednesday 31st August, 2016.
