Existing VIP members can update their details via the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre website between August 23 and September 14.
Customers can sign up to be a VIP member online between September 1 and 14, or by visiting the Shopping Centre between September 1 and 14.

1. The giveaway period is from 10:00am Wednesday 24 August to 5:00pm Wednesday 14 September 2016.
2. Customers can enter one of two ways;
a. Existing VIP members can update their details from 10:00am Tuesday 23 August to 5:00pm Wednesday 14 September 2016 via the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre website.
b. Customers can sign up to be an Indooroopilly Shopping Centre VIP member from 9:00am Thursday 1 September to 5:00pm Wednesday 14 September.
3. To sign up as a VIP database member, customers can either visit the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre website, visit the Summer Lives Here activation space located on Level 2, Customer Service Centre on Level 1, or Information Desk on Level 2 during the dates outlined in clause 2.
4. Customers who sign up as a VIP member must complete all required fields online or outlined on the competition entry form and agree to sign up to the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre VIP database.
5. The competition is open to entrants 18 years and over.
6. By entering the competition, entrants have the chance to win the major prize of a luxury summer escape to Halcyon
House in Cabarita Beach, NSW, including two (2) x nights’ accommodation in the ‘Classic Room’ for a maximum of two (2) x people with a four course dinner at Paper Daisy Restaurant and one (1) x $1,000 Indooroopilly Shopping Centre gift card.
7. There will be one (1) x winner of the major prize.
8. The major prize accommodation booking must be redeemed within 6 months of issue date. The winner must contact
Indooroopilly Shopping Centre to arrange their booking.
9. Accommodation at Halcyon House is subject to room availability. Four course dinner is limited to the total value of $300,
and accommodation is limited to the total value of $1,200.
10. Total value of the major prize is $2,500, comprising of:
a. Accommodation package at Halcyon House valued at $1,500
b. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre gift card to the value of $1,000
11. Winners will be drawn at random by 12:00pm on Thursday 15 September 2016 and contacted via phone or email.
12. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre takes no responsibility for inability to contact winners due to incorrect details being
supplied.
13. Winners must contact Indooroopilly Shopping Centre to redeem their prize within 7 days, or by Friday 23 September
2016. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre reserves the right to redraw a winner and all other prizes associated with the
competition are forfeited if the prize is not redeemed by this date.
14. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If any prize is not claimed by 5:00pm Friday 23 September 2016,
the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre reserves the right to redistribute.
15. The Indooroopilly Shopping Centre gift card must be redeemed at the Centre Management Office located on Level 5 of
Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and the winner must provide photo identification.
Directors, management, employees, contractors, retailers and their staff (and the immediate families of same) of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre or of its related bodies corporate, or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition are unable to enter.
17. Entrants must, at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding this competition or the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and its related bodies corporate using their name and image in promotional material.
18. The information entrants provide will be used by Indooroopilly Shopping Centre for the purpose of conducting this competition. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the databases of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. The organisations may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including contacting entrants via electronic messaging.
19. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to their personal information from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.
