This competition is open to Victoria residents who are 18 years and over. Employees and affiliations of the Promoters and their immediate families and members of the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

· Entries close on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 23.59 (AEST).

· The Prize is  4 nights' accommodation in a one bedroom ocean view apartment at Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences plus 3 nights' accommodation in an overwater bungalow at L'Escapade Island Resort. Return full service Aircalin airfares for 2 from Melbourne to Noumea. Buffet breakfast daily. Return transfers from airport to Noumea. Return transfers from Noumea accommodation to marina. Return boat transfers to island resort.

·  The draw will take place on Friday, September 9, 2016 and the winner will be notified by writing (in email)

· All taxes and Govt charges with a prize value of $5,000

· The prize winner and their guests must travel together and share the same itinerary.

· The Prize Non-transferable/Non-exchangeable/Non-replaceable/Non-upgradeable/Non-Changeable. Further fare rules may apply.

· Seats and accommodation are subject to availability. We suggest you make your reservation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Entire travel must be completed by 15th June 2017.
