JAMES BOAG FATHER’S DAY ‘WIN 1 OF 3 $500 MJ BALE GIFT VOUCHERS’ PROMOTION1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and venues or outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 00.01 EST on 26/08/2016
and closes at 23.59 EST on 01/09/2016 (“Promotional Period”).4. To enter, either:

(b) fully complete all sections of the online entry form (including full name, date of birth, address, email address and contact number); and

Limit applies of one (1) entry per person.6. A draw will take place at 13:00 (EST) on 02/09/2016 at Traction Digital Pty Ltd, Suite 1, Level 25, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each receive a prize.

Prize consists of one (1) $500 MJ Bale gift voucher for your Dad this Father’s Day (RRP $500). The MJ Bale gift voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue (date of issue 07/07/2016). There are a total of three (3) prizes to be won.
8. Total RRP value of prizes in the promotion = $1,500.00. All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Winners will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the relevant draw and the names and suburbs of winners will be published on the James Boag Premium Facebook page (

10. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 01/12/2016 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Second chance draw winners will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the second chance draw and published on the James Boag Premium Facebook page (

11. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the promotion whether as a result of:
a. technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or
b. acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the Promoter’s servants or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion.
In the event of such problems or conduct, the Promoter may (subject to relevant state and territory lottery regulations and where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to
disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or is otherwise involved in any conduct that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intendedbythePromoter. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner or their guest as a result of the conduct of the Prize Supplier or otherwise as a result of the winner and their guest accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
