Simply spend $50 at any specialty store or $100 at ALDI, Coles, Kmart or Target and fill in an entry form to go in the draw to win*. The entry barrel is located outside Target.
Promotion runs from Wednesday 24 August August to 5pm Sunday 4 September 2016.

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the
Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Armadale Shopping City and the
retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Promotion
commences at 9:00am on Wednesday 24 August 2016. Entries close at 5:00pm on Sunday 4
September 2016 (the Promotion Period).
3. To enter you must:
(a) spend $50 or more at any specialty retail store within Armadale Shopping City or
spend $100 or more at Coles, Kmart, Target or ALDI at Armadale Shopping City
in one single transaction;
(b) attach the receipt (a duplicate receipt printed by the retailer will be acceptable if
required) to the entry form provided by the retailer; and
(c) complete the entry form and attach the receipt and the entry form and the
attached receipt into the barrel located near Target during the Promotion Period.
4. Receipts must be dated within the Promotion Period. Receipts dated outside of the Promotion
Period will not be accepted.
5. Entrants are permitted only one entry per receipt of specified value or higher. Entries must be
in the barrel located near Target during the Promotion Period.
6. Bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and
charges and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) are not accepted as
part of this Promotion.
7. The Promoter assumes no responsibility, nor undertakes to return any receipts attached to
entry forms.
8. The first correct and eligible entry drawn will win an Entertainment Package with a value of
approximately $2,500 consisting of:
a) 55” Ultra High Definition Television
b) Samsung Home Theatre System.
The total prize is valued at approximately $2,500.
9. The draw will take place in centre outside Target on Monday 5 September 2016. The Winner
will be notified via phone and email by 5:00pm on Friday 9 September 2016. The results will
be published on the Armadale Shopping City Facebook page by 5:00pm on Sunday 9
September 2016. The winner must claim their prize by attending the centre management
office between the hours of 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, by Friday 9 December 2016.
10. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promotion is in no
way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook.
11. The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entry that contains
inappropriate material or those that were submitted in an inappropriate manner, which may
include, but is not limited to, actions relating to computer hacking, breach of copyright or other
intellectual property rights and actions that breach any relevant laws.
12. At the time of collecting the prize the winner will be required to confirm their identity by
producing such photo identification as may be directed by the Promoter.
13. The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. All
prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Promoter excludes all warranties
in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. The Promoter reserves the right to
substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is
unavailable) for whatever reason, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State
and Territory where required. The prize and/or any element of the prize must be taken as
stated and cannot be varied by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is
unable to use their prize and/or any element of the prize as stated.
14. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which
you may have under any law (including the Australian Consumer Law (‘ACL’), and consumer
guarantees relating to goods or services under the ACL) which may not be excluded,
restricted or modified by agreement (‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to Your Consumer
Rights, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage however caused (including by
negligence), suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion or the prize. Any condition
or warranty which would be implied by law into these terms and conditions is excluded.
15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is
necessary at 9:00am on Monday 12 December 2016 in order to distribute any unclaimed
prize by that date.
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. As detailed in the privacy statement which
accompanies these terms and conditions, all entries will be entered into a database and the
entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity
purposes.
17. By entering into the promotion you accept all conditions of entry including these terms and
conditions.
18. The Promoter may cancel the promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances
beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s).
Should the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
(I) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the customer
service desk in the shopping centre;
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.
19. Liability and release: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever
which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in
connection with accepting or using a prize or participating in this Promotion, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for defective
prizes, lost or stolen prizes or misuse of any prize. All entrants release from, and indemnify
the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any
prize(s) or participation in this Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and
damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent
act or omission or otherwise.
