TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promotion will run from 1 June 2016 – 30 September 2016 (the Promotion Period).
To win a customer must purchase (be invoiced for) at least 30m2 of HardieDeck Boards, Edging Boards or Finishing Boards (collectively known as “HardieDeck”) from NHS during the Promotion Period.
A. Purchase over 30m2 of HardieDeck = WIN a FREE HardieBlade valued at $175
B. Purchase over 60m2 of HardieDeck = WIN a JH/NHS merchandise pack + 2 tickets to a Corporate box at a Knights game valued at over $600 (plus prize A)
C. Purchase over 150m2 of HardieDeck = WIN a whole Knights game Corporate box for 5 people valued at $1400 (plus prizes A + B)
Each customer can only win each prize package once.
Directors, management and employees of NHS and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
Any returns of HardieDeck will offset the customer’s purchases.
The date Corporate Box prizes are to be redeemed by each winner will be determined by James Hardie and are subject to availability, but will be during the 2016 or 2017 NRL seasons.
Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
How to claim:
NHS Account Customers
Are automatically registered into the promotion and may be sent email updates of their HardieDeck purchases.
Customers without a NHS Account
Customers must complete the form at
www.nhs.trade and upload copies of their invoices by 11.59pm Friday 7 October 2016 to redeem a prize.
All prize winners will be notified by NHS by 8 October 2016. James Hardie will be advised of all prize winners.
NHS will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer arising from the promotion (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or personal injuries suffered or sustained during the use of the prize) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
By entering the competition, the customer consents to receiving marketing messages from NHS by way of electronic messaging, mail and telephone.
In the case of any disputes, the decision of the General Manager of NHS will be final.
