Entrants and their companions must be at least 15 years of age and if under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the prize.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants and their companions to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companions be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the prize between 5th November, 2016 and 12th November, 2016.

If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their companions must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.
Entrants and their companion whose ordinary state of residence is NOT NSW, QLD, SA or VIC must be able to travel to either NSW, QLD, SA or VIC (as determined by the Promoter at its sole and absolute discretion) on one of the following dates to participate in the meet and greet:

Brisbane – 6th November, 2016 or
Adelaide – 8th November, 2016 or
Melbourne – 12th November, 2016 or

Entrants and their companion whose ordinary state of residence is NOT NSW, QLD or VIC must be able to travel to either NSW, QLD, SA or VIC (as determined by the Promoter at its sole and absolute discretion) between the following dates 5th November, 2016 and 12th November, 2016 (Prize Travel Dates) and attend the concert on one of the above Prize Event Dates (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).

Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as defined below) between 10:00am AEST and 10:00pm AEST between 5th September, 2016 and 9th September, 2016 and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on air.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
The promotion begins at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 2nd September, 2016.
