Entry Restrictions
Entrants and their companion must be at least 15 years of age and if
under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18
years of age or over while taking the prize.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their
companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order
to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the Prize (if
applicable) between the following dates 29 September 2016 to 5 October
2016 (Concert dates).
Entrants and their companion whose ordinary state of residence is NOT
NSW, QLD or VIC must be able to travel to either NSW, QLD or VIC (as
determined by the Promoter at its sole and absolute discretion) for their
respective prize in their nearest capital city (in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion) between the following dates:

and take the meet and greet element of the Major Prize (if applicable) on
a date as advised by the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion).
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a
personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business
number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to
call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a
representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as
defined below) between 10am AEST and 10pm AEST between Tuesday

th September 2016 and Friday 16th September 2016 and in accordance
with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be
awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to
a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that
entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business
name live on air.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail
message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third
parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the
entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers
the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's
Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as
determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian, where the entrant is under 18
years of age) must be able to collect the prize from the Promoter’s
premises in the state of the entrant’s ordinary residential address, as
specified by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period The Promotion begins at 5:00pm AEST on Monday 5
th September 2016.
Entries into the Promotion close at 2:00pm AEST on Friday 16th
September 2016.

Entry Method Online Entry and On Air Challenge
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air
commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry
form in the manner required, including by providing their full name,
mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age and
answering in 25 words or less the question “why do you want to see
5SOS live in concert?”
Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the
Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
At various times during the Promotion Period between 10:00am AEST
and 10:00pm AEST the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
will:
a) select up to ten (10) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’
entries based on the Judging Criteria (in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted by 2:00pm
AEST that day during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected
Entrant);
b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants (in the absolute and sole
discretion of the Promoter) by telephone; and
c) invite the Selected Entrant/s to participate in the On Air
Challenge between 10:00am AEST and 10:00pm AEST.
On Air Challenge (Double or northing)
a) For each On Air Challenge, the Promoter will have chosen one
pre-determined category and will invite the Selected Entrant with
the best entry to participate in an On Air Challenge;
b) The Selected Entrant will be asked to name five (5) items on-air
that fall within the stated category and will have ten (10) seconds
to do so (On Air Challenge);
c) Should the Selected Entrant fail to state five (5) items within the
pre-determined category within the time restriction, the Promoter
will invite a Selected Entrant with next best entry (who will be
waiting on stand-by) to participate in the On Air Challenge and
will continue until a Selected Entrant completes the challenge;
d) The Selected Entrant who successfully states five (5) items in ten
(10) seconds will be offered either the Minor Prize, or the
opportunity to play for the Major Prize;
e) If the Selected Entrant chooses the Minor Prize the Promotion
will conclude for that day and that Selected Entrant will be
awarded a Minor Prize;
f) If the Selected Entrant chooses to play for the Major Prize, the
Selected Entrant will enter into another round of the On Air
Challenge;
g) If the Selected Entrant chooses to play for the Major Prize, but
fails to win this round, they will not be awarded any prizes (for the
avoidance of doubt they will forfeit their right to any Minor Prize
and Major Prize). However, if the Selected Entrant wins this
round of the On Air Challenge they will be awarded the Major
Prize.

If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is
otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line
drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute
discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting
another entrant and inviting them participate in the On-Air Game as a
Selected Entrant. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant is
able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to participate
in the On-Air Game as a Selected Entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative
of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a that
Selected Entrant, and they may not be invited to participate in the On-Air
Game and/or be awarded a prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on air during
the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a prize.

must be submitted via a separate online entry form and must
independently comply with these Terms of Entry.

Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets
are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
Winners who’s ordinary state of residence is NOT NSW or QLD will be
awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion
(companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the
prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its absolute and sole
discretion) to the prize winner’s closest capital city for 1 night (inclusive).
The travel prize comprises of the following components:
two (2) adult return airfares from Perth or Adelaide to the prize
winner’s closest capital city (inclusive of airfare related taxes and
charges);
One (1) nights minimum 3 star accommodation in prize winner’s
closest capital city twin share, to be shared by the winner and
their companion;
valued at up to $1,880 (incl GST).
Travel Prize Terms and Conditions
The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign
a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form
determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to
participating in the prize. Failure to do so as determined by the
Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will
result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
All components of the prize are to be arranged by a
representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the
Promoter in its sole discretion.
Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued
as part of the prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and
conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and
the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
All travel must be taken on the day of the concert and is subject
to availability which may depend on applicable blackout periods
as advised by any prize provider, select seat class with airlines or
specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the
airport departure/return point.
The winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by
airlines or other prize suppliers as a result of an action of the
winner and/or their companion, once booking is confirmed and
ticketed.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by
a winner and/or their companion (if any) as a result of taking the
prize.
It is recommended that the winner and their nominated
companion (if any) have valid travel insurance for their period of
travel and adequate for the countries of travel.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not
refundable or transferable.

The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any
changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the
event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the
remainder of the prize shall constitute the complete and total
prize. The Promoter will not enter into any further
correspondence with the winner and his/her nominated
companion.
All components of the prize must be taken together and when
offered or are forfeited. Any element of the prize not taken will be
deemed to be forfeited.
The prize winner and their companion must travel together and
participate in the prize together at all times.
If the winner and their companion miss any of the arranged
flights, the winner will forfeit the prize (at the Promoter’s absolute
and sole discretion).
The winner and their companion must not be under the influence
of any drugs and may consume alcohol in moderation but must
not be under the influence of alcohol during any activities to the
extent that it impairs or affects their understanding, judgment or
participation in the activities, and subject to any limitations of the
Promoter, any prize supplier and prevailing laws and regulations.
The prize winner and their companion consent to the Promoter
conducting a criminal record check prior to their participation in
the prize. The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion,
refuse the prize winner and/or their companion’s participation in
the prize, if the prize winner and/or their companion have a
criminal record or any criminal charges pending. In these
circumstances, the prize winner and/or their companion will
forfeit all claims in relation to the prize.
The winner and their companion must be in good health and
must not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would
prohibit them from entering this promotion or participating in any
way in the prize.
Winners must have a mobile phone with them at all times during
their participation in the prize, and they must be able to make
and receive calls while in overseas locations via global roaming.
All costs of the winner’s mobile phone will be the responsibility of
the winner. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
additional costs associated with a winner taking or using a mobile
phone during the prize, including but not limited to all call, data
and roaming charges.
That the Promoter, its agents and its partnering clients may use
the winning entry and the winner’s and their companion’s names,
likeness, images and/or voices (including photograph, film or
recording of the same) from (but not limited to) their participation
in the Prize, in any media for an unlimited period without further
notification, compensation or remuneration for the purpose of
promoting, publicizing or marketing this promotion (including the
Prize and any outcome) and/or promoting any products or
services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the
Promoter and/or its partnering clients. The winner and their
companion agree that they will participate in all reasonable
promoted activities in relation to the promotion as requested by
the Promoter and its partnering agents.

Prize Claim Date and

Prize Delivery The prize/s will be available for collection by the winner from the
Promoter’s premises (or by the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is
under 18 years of age). The Promoter will contact the winner when their
prize is ready for collection.
