The competition begins at 12:01AM AEST on Monday 19th September 2016
The competition ends at 11:59PM AEDT on Wednesday 12th October 2016
a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be either the owner or renter of the registered
residential address included in the entry.
c) Entrants must be able to take the major prize on the date
specified by the Promoter, pending booking availability at the
Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.
d) Entrants must have the permission of any third parties included
in their entry and if requested by the Promoter, Entrants must be able to provide written consent from any third parties included in their entry.
Online entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit
the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and uploading a
photo of their deck or outdoor area that needs a Cabot’s Deck
Heads clean up.
(b) Each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will
be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the entry in each state it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period specified, and those five (5) entries will be awarded the major prizes.
10. Limitation on entries
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and include a different photo.
Entrants may only win one prize each.

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, suitability for online publishing, and relevance to the competition.

17. Special conditions
The winner must be present on site at their registered residential address on Saturday 15th October 2016 at the time nominated by and organized by the Promoter to take the prize.
If the winner is unable to take the major prize on the date and time specified by the Promoter, pending booking availability at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion they will forfeit the prize in its entirety.
The Promoter will not be held responsible for any weather or external factors that limit prize fulfilment at the time nominated by and organized by the Promoter to take the prize.
The winner is responsible for any special needs, requests, considerations or damage caused at their residential address while taking the prize.
