TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Power 100 and JetStar’s Second Chance at Romance
The following terms and conditions apply to the prize provided by JetStar and The Mantra Group for the
Power 100 Second Chance at Romance competition. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with
Grant Broadcasters General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions
will prevail.
1. DURATION
The promotion will begin Monday, 19th September 2016 and finish on Saturday 8th October, 2016.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are encouraged to enter online for their chance to win, with a couple picked daily (10 total) to test
how well they know each other. the 106.3’s Backpacker competition will automatically be entered into the
draw to win the major prize.
3. PRIZES
3.1) Each prize is a trip for two (2) people from Townsville, Queensland to Bali (Denpasar),
Indonesia. The prize includes:
2 return economy class Jetstar flights to Bali (Denpasar) in Indonesia from Townsville airport.
Flights include a checked baggage allowance of 20 kg per passenger, IFE and food and drinks
(limited).
5 nights accommodation, including airport transfers, at Mantra Sakala Resort and Beach Club
in Tanung Benoa.
- 2 x full buffet breakfast, 2 x full body6 massage, 1 x romantic dinner for two and daily
cocktails each evening in private villa accommodation.
This prize is redeemable within a 12 month period of the promotion closing and winners being
notified.
3.2) The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the ticket. Unless otherwise stated,
the prize does not include travel insurance, accommodation, passports, visas, and meals, taxes not
included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature.
Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each prizewinner
and their companion. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or
other issues that may exist at any destination. Prize travel is subject to Jetstar’s General Conditions of
Carriage.

must travel together on all prize travel and will not accrue Qantas Points on the prize travel or
accommodation. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Qantas Points.
3.4) Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable
to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or
services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a
condition of accepting a prize that the winner accept the conditions of use of that prize.
3.5) If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the
right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or
specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify GRANT BROADCASTERS against all liability, cost, loss or
expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not
limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential,
foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Grant Broadcasters reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all
markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other
unforeseeable reason.
