Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
Entrants must live in the state of Queensland to be eligible to win a cash prize.
The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants must provide a nominated valid Australian bank account as requested by the Promoter, in the event that the entrant is a winner.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number). By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as defined above) between 6am AEST, Monday 26th September to 4pm AEST, Friday 14th October 2016 and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the prize.
Entrants must answer their Personal Contact Number with the song lyrics from a known throwback song as determined acceptable (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter).
Entrants agree and are aware that they will be charged 55 cents for each SMS they send to the competition number 199 188 77.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, or within five (5) rings, whichever comes first, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on air.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's
Personal Contact Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
