The prize draw ("Prize Draw") is open to people located in Australia or New Zealand and aged 18 and over who subscribe to the Shark Leathers newsletter with a valid email address and like the Shark Leathers Facebook page. The winner will receive a brand new HONDA GROM valued at $4,700 ("The Prize"). Winner will be announced on the 3rd January 2017 on our Facebook page and will be contacted via phone or email to arrange delivery. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The winner agrees to pay all transport costs (if needed) and any other additional costs outside of The Prize itself. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
