TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is BSR Australia Limited (ABN 84 122 529 695) (the 'Promoter'). The Promoter's address is 18/56 Lavarack Avenue, Eagle Farm, QLD 4009.
3. Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 21 years or over, as of the date of entry, who are available to travel to Los Angeles, California in 2017 (on set dates advised by the Promoter), if drawn as the winner and who have fulfilled the requirements set out below ('Eligible Entrants').
4. To be an Eligible Entrant, entrants must make a purchase from Betta Home Living between Monday 10 October 2016 and Monday 31 October 2016.
5. Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, Permitz Group Pty Ltd (
www.permitzgroup.com.au), contractors or individuals associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
6. To enter, individuals must visit betta.com.au/ice-age, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name and a valid email address and an image or pdf of their invoice to verify they have made a purchase from Betta Home Living between Monday 10 October 2016 and Monday 31 October 2016), and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received during the Promotional Period.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates
11. Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 10/10/2016 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 31/10/2016 (“Promotional Period”).
12. The draw will take place at BSR Australia Limited, is 18/56 Lavarack Avenue, Eagle Farm, QLD 4009 at 9:00am AEST on 02/11/2016. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
13. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published online at betta.com.au/ice-age from 4/11/2016 for 28 days.
The Promoter’s decision is final (at all times subject to State and Territory legislation) and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) adults and (2) children to Los Angeles, California (USA), valued at up to AU$ 17,931.16, depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes:
• return economy airfares from winner's nearest Australian capital city to Los Angeles for two (2)
adults and (2) children;
• return private transfers from the airport to the accommodation in Los Angeles for two (2) adults
and (2) children;
• a VIP hosted welcome event for two (2) adults and (2) children;
• a Twentieth Century Fox Goodie Bag for the winner only (exact contents determined by the
Promoter);
• three (3) nights accommodation at Loews Hollywood Hotel for two (2) adults and (2) children,
sharing a family room including daily hotel breakfast on a set menu;
• return transfers from the accommodation to Fox Studios in Los Angeles Hotel for two (2) adults
and (2) children;
• lunch for two (2) adults and (2) children on a set menu at Commissary in Los Angeles; and
• a private screening of one of the latest Twentieth Century Fox films for two (2) adults and (2)
children (exact film screened to be determined by the Promoter).
16. This prize must be taken in 2017, on exact dates determined by the Promoter in consultation with the winner. The winner must be able to take the prize during one of the set times specified by the Promoter and will be advised of these available times when notified they are a provisional winner. The prize will include one (1) Saturday night in Los Angeles and the exact dates will be confirmed no later than 60 days before departure. Spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. The winner and his/her companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel. All persons entering the US must meet US entry requirements. The winner and his/her companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
17. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or part of the prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited.
18. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19. Total prize pool value is up to AU$ 17,931.16 (including GST).
20. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash, unless specified otherwise.
21. A re-draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 02/02/2017 at the same time and place (BSR Australia Limited, is 18/56 Lavarack Avenue, Eagle Farm, QLD 4009 at 9:00am AEST) as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the re-draw and their name will be published online at betta.com.au/ice-age from 5/02/2017 for 28 days.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products
