1. The “Coldplay” promotion is conducted by Casinos Austria International
(Cairns) Pty Ltd, ACN 062 222 011 (“Casinos Austria”).
2. To enter the promotion patrons must be 18 years of age or older.
3. The promotion will run for 7 weeks and will commence at 9:00am on Friday 7th
October 2016. It will conclude at approximately 10:00pm on Saturday 19th
November 2016. It will consist of one major draw. An ultimate concert
experience valued at approximately $1,500 will be won in this promotion.
4. Entry in the promotion will be subject to these rules & conditions. Lodgement of
a prize draw entry form will confirm acceptance of these rules & conditions.
5. To enter the promotion, patrons must first meet selected play criteria for Table
Gaming, Fully Automated Table Gaming, Electronic Gaming or Keno. Entries
may also be earned by spending $20 or more on food and/or beverage on any
one occasion at Flinders Bar & Grill or the Casino Sports Arena. Play or Dine
criteria will be displayed on promotional cards around the Casino. An entry
form must be completed and lodged in the designated prize barrel situated
inside the Casino.
6. On Saturday 19th November at approximately 10:00pm, one draw will be
conducted. The prize being Platinum Grandstand Seating for 2 people at
Coldplay Live, A Head Full Of Dreams Concert at Suncorp Stadium Brisbane
Tuesday 6th December 2016, return economy flights for 2 Cairns – Brisbane
specifically for the dates of 5th & 7th December, A Head Full Of Dreams CD,
Accommodation for the nights of the 5th & 6th December in an Executive King
Room at Pullman King George Square Brisbane including breakfast for 2 in the
Executive Lounge and evening canapes between 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
7. The winner must be available to travel on the dates specified within these prize
rules & conditions.
8. This prize is not redeemable for cash.
9. If the winner is uncontactable or declines the prize by Monday 21st November
12noon, a second draw will take place at 1:00pm.
10. Entry forms will not be replaced if lost. To be valid, only one name - being a
natural person whose name can be verified by ID, along with correct and clear
contact details must be entered on each entry form.
11. By accepting a prize in this promotion you consent to the publication of your
name and/or photo in any form of media and you agree to participate in any
reasonable promotion requested by Casinos Austria or The Reef Hotel Casino.
12. The Reef Hotel Casino will not be responsible for any additional costs pertaining
to the prize won. The winner is responsible for any travel insurance, additional
luggage, seat selection, hotel charges, additional food and beverage, transport
and any other additional charges of their own arrangement.
13. The Reef Hotel Casino affiliates, employees nor representatives shall have any
liability for any loss, injury, expense, cancellations or claim of any kind in
connection with or arising out of any use of the prize awarded.
14. Management reserves the right to alter or cease the promotion without notice.
15. Officers and employees of The Reef Hotel Casino or Pullman Reef Hotel
Casino are not eligible to enter the promotion.
16. Eligibility to enter and / or to claim a prize in the promotion is at the sole
discretion of Casinos Austria whose decision shall be final. No correspondence
will be entered into.
17. All entry forms remain the property of Casinos Austria.
18. The laws of the state of Queensland will govern this promotion.
