CONDITIONS AND METHOD OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over only, except employees and contractors of Bush Australia Pty Ltd, their agencies or any member of their
immediate families. By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to agree with these terms of entry.
3. The Bush Digital Audio Adapter Promotion commences on 1st October 2016 at 12:00 (noon) and ends on 31st October 2016 at 12:00 (noon) AEDT.
4. To enter, applicants must log on to
www.bushaustralia.com.au/smart-audio-adapter-promotion either their contact information and state in 25 words or less
why and how they would use a Bush Digital Audio Adapter and press Submit.
5. Only one entry per person, per social media source, may be submitted. All entries become and remain the property of Bush Australia Pty Ltd.
PRIZE
6. The Grand Prize winners (4 Winners will be selected) will each receive one Bush Smart Audio Adapter BR330DABC, valued at $279 AUD inc. GST. The total
value of the prizes is $1,116 including GST.
7. Winner will be selected by Bush Australia Pty Ltd by Wednesday 2nd November 2016 at 12:00 (noon) AEDT. The Winner will be notified by their nominated
email and phone. The name of the Winners will be published via the Bush Australia Facebook website and the competition page by Friday 11th November 2016.
8. If the Winner cannot be contacted or have not responded to messages left by Bush Australia by Wednesday, 30th November 2016, Bush Australia will award
the prize to the next best valid entry and so forth.
9. The Winner is responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition and any associated costs related to receiving the prize listed in point 6.
10. The Grand Prize is as depicted or described in the promotions for the competition and is not subject to change.
11. Bush Australia accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or injury incurred in connection with taking up the Grand Prize.
12. The Grand Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
FINAL CONDITIONS
13. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the Winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon literary and creative merit. All
entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been
published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
14. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but
not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, and scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory language. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will
be entered into.
15. All entries become and remain the property of Bush Australia Pty Ltd. Bush Australia will only use the entrants’ names and addresses for promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes if they have signed up for the newsletter service. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in
connection with this promotion is governed by National Privacy Principles.
16. Bush Australia assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, and delay in operation or transmission; a communication line
failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
17. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct
of this competition, the promoter reserves the rights in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. Subject to State Regulation.

Neither Bush Australia Pty Ltd. or Markus Dilectite Pty Ltd. nor their associated companies are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared) or other events beyond Bush Australia or Markus Dilectite’s control which prevent awarding of the prize in
accordance with the prize description.
