ABOUT THE COMPETITION
The competition is run by Strandbags Group Pty Ltd (ABN 52 002 696 915) of Level 1, 2 Minna Close, Belrose NSW 2085. Telephone 02 9479 7777.
The competition opens at 9.00am (AEST) on Thursday 27th October 2016 (the “opening date”) and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Wednesday 23rd November 2016 (the “closing date”).
The competition consists of 1 x major prize.
To be eligible to enter the competition entrants are required to purchase any Colorado product from Strandbags retail stores or online and be a member of the Strandbags loyalty program or join whilst making a purchase within the competition period. All loyalty members who have purchased a Colorado product during the promotional period will automatically receive a $200 Cruise Discovery Voucher and go into the draw to win the prize.
Entry to the competition is based on purchase. Major prize winner will be decided electronically by a game of chance.
ELIGIBILITY:
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian or New Zealand resident to be eligible to enter this competition.
Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee, or an immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, or any Designated Promotional Partner, their affiliated companies or their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the Designated Promotional Partner is the entity, contracted with the Promoter as a Promotional Partner, and provided with a unique website URL for the purpose of this competition through which the Entrant participates in this competition.
If the transaction has been reversed, by way of a return, then the entry will be deemed not valid.
PRIZE DETAILS:
All entrants will receive one entry in the draw per transaction to win a South Pacific Royal Caribbean cruise up to 10 nights duration on the Explorer of the Seas or Voyager of the Seas, departing Sydney in a twin share, guaranteed balcony cabin. Prize is subject to availability at time of booking and must be booked by 31st March 2017 for travel by 15th December 2017. Bookings must be made more than 90 days before the sailing date. The cruise prize includes all Government taxes, port charges and gratuities. At least one of the passengers in the cabin must be 21 years or over.
At our discretion we may provide return economy class domestic flights for 2 people to travel from your nearest airport to Sydney in order to connect with the cruise if your place of residence is deemed as being an unreasonable distance to travel to/from the cruise port.
The actual odds of winning will depend on the number of Entrants.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The total prize pool is a minimum of $3,500 and a maximum of $4,000 (where there is a choice of prizes, the highest value is adopted).
Any additional costs not included in the original prize are to be at the winners expense, including extending or upgrading.
Each entrant will also receive a $200 Cruise Discovery Voucher which will be emailed to them by the Promoter. This $200 Cruise Discovery voucher can be redeemed on over 500 cruise departures and there will be a label on the Cruise Megastore website indicating eligible cruises that this voucher can be redeemed on. If you accept to use the voucher you will consent to receive emails from Cruise Megastore. One voucher per booking. Terms and Conditions will apply.
DRAW INFORMATION:
The draw will take place on 25 November 2016 at 11am at Strandbags Group Pty Limited offices, Level 1, 2 Minna Close, Belrose NSW 2085 via a random manual drawing process. The Winner will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw and in writing and details of the Winner will be published on the website (Strandbags.com.au) on the 29th of November 2016.
If the prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12pm AEST at Level 1, 2 Minna Close, Belrose NSW 2085 on 28 February 2017. The Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw and in writing and details of the Winner will be published on the website (Strandbags.com.au) on the 3rd of March 2017.
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of the claims and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who abuses the bonus entry option by forwarding competition referrals contrary to anti-spam guidelines on the competition website.
The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any and all discrepancies, disputes or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Neither the Promoter nor any of its agents are responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible or incorrectly submitted entries.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any Entrant or Winner, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
PRIVACY:
Any information being collected by the Promoter and the Designated Promotional Partner is for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoter for marketing and promotion of their respective goods and services.
All Winners details will be disclosed to the parties with whom the Promoter has contracted to provide the advertised prize. It is a condition of entry that prize Winners agree to be photographed accepting the prize and agree that the Promoter may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any further payment or compensation to the Winner.
All Entrants give the Promoter their express and indefinite consent to contact them by telephone or email for promotional purposes. OUR VACATION CENTRE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS
Although Our Vacation Centre (OVC) takes all care in informing members of the most up to date and correct information it remains the responsibility of clients to ensure they are familiar with all terms and conditions relating to individual travel products, passport, visa and immigration issues, health and customs requirements associated with their travel.
Following is an overview of general items for you to consider in relation to your travel, however the overview may not be absolute in its content and clients must thoroughly check all details in regard to their travel plan. OVC are happy to assist you in regard to any clarifications or other information you require.
1. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure booking details are correct and all passenger names are correct and match passports. Name changes and booking changes incur penalties and will be required to be paid by the traveller if incorrect information has been supplied to OVC.
2. Visas and passports are the responsibility of the client. We can assist with this service - fees apply. Please ask your consultant for details.
3. Passports must be valid for 6 months from return date.
4. If you are not travelling on an Australian passport you may require an Australian re-entry visa. This is your responsibility to obtain prior to departure.
5. All reservations are made in accordance with current schedules. Any change in scheduling or delays and the resulting impact on arrangements are not the responsibility of Our Vacation Centre.
6. Terms and conditions apply to all bookings. It is the responsibility of the client to request and familiarise themselves with the terms & conditions for their particular travel.
7. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are aware of the latest travel advice issued by the Australian Government and the latest health information for the destinations to which they are travelling.

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to be taken at time of booking.
