Aarons Outdoor Living –‘Win a JumpSport SoftBounce Trampoline’ – Terms of Entry
The entry method is by following the Aarons Instagram page at www.Instagram.com/aaronsoutdoorliving and posting a picture of your backyard with a 25 words or less caption explaining why you need a new trampoline.
It is a requirement that when posting your picture you use the hashtags #aaronsoutdoorliving and #transformmybackyard so that the promoter can find your post.
One ‘poster’ will be randomly chosen as the winner on 17/11/2016, 01/12/16 and 15/12/2016.
It is a requirement of entry that any prize winners must ‘follow’ Aarons Outdoor Living on Instagram.
There are three prizes of a 14ft JumpSport SoftBounce trampoline, valued at $545. There is one prize per winner. The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable and the promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of these prizes.
Entry to the competition is free.
You must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian resident.
Participation in this competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right not to award the prizes if the entrant fails to meet these terms.
The competition period begins at 11am EST on 08/11/2016. Entries into the competition close at 11.59PM EST on 14/12/2016. No responsibility is taken for late, lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
Employees of the promoter, sponsors or any person associated with the prize are ineligible to enter.
Entry via a fake Instagram profile will result in disqualification and you may be asked for proof of identification to verify this.
All winners will be notified through a ‘repost’ of their picture on the Aarons Instagram page and will then be contacted through Instagram Direct Messaging to obtain contact details. If no response is received within 7 days of the ‘repost’, the competition will be rejudged and another winner identified for that week. No responsibility will be accepted for posts/messages not responded to. The winner may have their full name and state they reside in published on the Aarons Outdoor Living Competitions Page at
http://www.aaronsoutdoor.com.au/competitions/. It may also be displayed on Facebook or Instagram.
The prize will be provided to the winner by Aarons Outdoor Living. The prize includes delivery to an Aarons store in a capital city, ready for pick up by the winner. A prize winner outside of these locations may incur delivery charges from a capital city to their home. Delivery to a capital city will be arranged within days of the winner claiming their prize.
The prize winner/s can choose to ‘upgrade’ their prize, or arrange delivery and/or installation of their prize at their cost. Upgrade options will be advised once winner has accepted prize.
Aarons Outdoor Living reserve the right to use the winners name, image, text or voice for promotional purposes for an unlimited time period without remuneration.
Aarons Outdoor Living’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in Competition dates, times or values of prize components, for any incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries or for any inability for any entrant to access, view or load the Website.
