Entrants (and their companion/s) must be 18 years of age or over.

During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, by providing but not limited to their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age and state and answering in 25 words or less the question “Why do you deserve to get the Ultimate Party Makeover?”
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging details below. The Judges will select one (1) Major Prize winner and five (5) Minor Prize winners from the entries they deem to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period and award those entrants a prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from LCA Franchising PTY LTD, and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details, including firs and last name, current and valid email and state, will be passed on to LCA Franchising PTY LTD (including for the purposes of direct marketing). All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by Wednesday November 30,2016 at the Promoter’s premises to determine one (1) Major Prize winner and five (5) Minor Prize winners. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, the creativity, humour and originality.

Vouchers are valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the voucher.
Laser Clinics Australia Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These conditions apply to use of the Laser Clinics Australia Gift Card (gift card), issued by Laser Clinics Australia (LCA).
Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these conditions.
LCA may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.
If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of New South Wales applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at the LCA clinic from which the gift card was purchased.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the LCA clinic from which it was purchased. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift card.
We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.
We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of LCA. THE GIFT CARD WILL EXPIRE ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
Gifts cards are valid for one year from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of LCA. The gift card is not valid on cosmetic injections
