There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Entry is via subscribing to the businesses involved email lists and answering the question.
Closing date for entry will be 19/11/2016. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: Entrants must subscribe by providing an email address, which gives the promoters permission to add them to their email database and contact them after the competition ends.
Entrants must answer the question.

Winners will be notified by email and announced on The Thrifty Issue's Facebook page within 7 days of the competition ending.
Prizes will be sent to the winner by the individual businesses involved in the giveaway.
Winners must respond by email with their name and postal address within 5 days of being notified. After this time, a new winner will be selected if no response has been received.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen by 26/11/2016 by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or the winner will provide their postal address for the prizes to be shipped.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
